Subway

Crappy place wit even stupider employees. Its a sandwich– really is that too much work. N I tell u how to make it. If i could give it a –1 star, I would!

I frequent this Subway location regularly and am always treated as a valued customer. The team is friendly and always seems interested in how my day is going. Overall the food is good and the dining room is clean. Can not ask for much more from a Subway. I also regularly order catering for my office from this location and the manager Juan is more than accommodating and always has my orders ready on time and correctly made. I will continue to visit this Subway first when I am in the area.

This Subway is terrible!
The service at this subway sucks big time. The people who work here could use a serious lesson in customer service. The workers seem too preoccupied with everything other than helping you. I definitely won’t be back to this one. No way. I even filled out their survey explaining how disappointing their service is. I don’t understand why they have customers take those, they obviously don’t review them, and they don’t even bother to respond. Wake up, if a customer has a miserable experience, you should have the courtesy to follow through.

It’s a subway what else can be said. The morning staff seem friendlier than the staff at the paramount Stewart and Gray branch. The dining area is clean and the staff is efficient. The parking sucks though. Why do they go through the hassle of creating the nice little Downey Gateway and provide such under par parking arrangements. I come here for breakfast quick and out the door and that’s about it.
