Papa John’s Pizza

Papa johns pizza is the best by far there very consitant and they have great deserts the only down side is there always busy and ive had to wait an hour before just for 1 large which makes u just want to go else where there a little pricy too but as long as they keep making good pizza I’ll keep ordering

VERY HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL ladies working here. Today I waited for what seemed forever for my order! While I waited in there the ladies working were VERY LOUD and GHETTO and one young lady with a black shirt and tattoos was cursing left and right and they were all fixing their hairs looking in the mirrior and I dont recall seeing anyone wash their hands after. Disgusted with the service, I’d give it ZERO STARS! Dont plan on returning to this circus store EVER!

To whom of your delivery employees who drives a silver scion, learn how to Fucken drive ! I was driving down brookshire and I had to slam on my breaks and swerve because you decide to stop in the middle of street without warning like a Fucken IDIOT. On another note, tryed to call your store to make my complaint to the GM Himself. After 5 ignored call decide to write this review instead. Thanks for your services

I ordered their cookie and it was burnt and tasted awful. I literally had to spit the cookie back out. I’m really upset that I gave away $ 5 for for nothing.

Recently went here management was the worst. Like who puts these people in charge. Manager was really sour towards me made me not wanna buy from them again pizza was good but won’t ever go back honestly.

Just ordered from here and the service was horrible I ordered online and when I went to call the store no one answered I called several times and still no answer the pizza was burnt I will never go here again

It was a cold valentines eve, love was in the air. I set up a candlelight dinner with my bae I ordered 2 hearts shaped pizzas and wings and a brookie. Little did i know my world my would be flipped upside like my pizza. The pizza was lukewarm and wings were tasteless. The brookie was burnt. My bae looked at me with disappointment. It ruined our date what the hell happened to this location Jesus Christ next time im making a cauliflower pizza at home and im going vegan thanks papa johns you have ruined eating out for me.

I placed an order online and when my cinnapie was delivered it was burnt! I called the store and spoke with the manager and told him that it was unacceptable for a burnt item to be sent to my house. The cook sees it’s burnt but yet puts it in the box to have it delivered, Really? The manager said all he could do was make another one so I told him I’ll be coming to the store to have my money refunded. When I arrived at the store the manager was nonchalant and didn’t care that a burnt cinnapie was sent to my house. He had the nerve to say that’s how it’s suppose to be made. He also said with his stupid smile, «You’re just mad cuz you’re not getting a free pizza.» Very unprofessional! Terrible customer service, I’ll never order at this location again.

Why such the low reviews?
Ppl it’s a pizza place. They make good pizza & delivery was within 30 or so. I ordered simple medium cheese pizza & a «Brookie» cookie pie it was soooo good & served warmed.
The lady who delivered was so nice :)

Came here ordered 3 large pizza some BBQ wings and was done in 20minutes not bad for me

I would never order from this place just because I went in to ask for a box for my son to do his school project and they said no. Freaking stingy people for a box, I even ask for the supervisor and he said what school told you that you can get a box? No box, No box, I sure hope karma gets back to them. how low can people go not to help a child with a box to do a school project it’s so so terrible. what a world. I will let everyone know about this horrible stinky place. To me this is unbelievable.

Been here several times. Pizza is good for the price. Never had any bad service. Great place for quick pizza for gatherings.

It’s unfortunate that the majority of Unilocalers who reviewed this place received a bad experience… I’m thankful I didn’t.
I showed up at 10:45pm, placed an order for one large Hawaiian pizza. It was ready within 15 mins. The pizza tasted great and the customer service was excellent.
Definitely ordering from them again.

Poor poor service! The lady who got my order sounded like she hated her job and put me on hold for long time.

Horrible customer service. Ordered two pepperoni jalepeno pizzas, they forgot my pepperoni on the pizza for the 2^nd time. I called to complain and the girl helping me named Ana was so rude! She was arguing the my pizza had pepperoni! Pretty sure I’m looking at the pizza not her. Defiantly never ordering from this location again.

Two weeks ago we ordered a pizza. Two hours later I called. They told me it had already been delivered. 5min later we finally got our pizza. Today we ordered a pizza with the new hire with no phone skills. Speech and awkward phone silence aside, he failed to process my card over the phone. When the. delivery man showed up, less then an hour tonight, and asked for cash I was so frustrated I didn’t want pizza anymore. We used to like Pappa Johns.

Let me start off by saying I’m giving the employee Sara 5 stars based on how she handle the situation in a professional manner not on how well my pizza was made because it wasn’t on the first run. Let me explain.
I ordered two large pizzas today via Internet and to my surprise, one of the pizzas was so well done that it tasted like croutons that it was so crunchy. Not only was it burnt so much, the person who was making the pizzas sent a thin crust opposed to a regular. No garlic sauce and the pizzas were in the incorrect labeled boxes. I called to explain all this to Sara NOT to have another pizza redelivered as I expressed during our conversation but to help them become more aware of orders before they go out to another Papa John customer. I am a fan of Papa John pizza and will continue to order from this location as a result despite the mix ups. Was I disappointed at first, yes, but I am sure glad Sara was trained appropriately in customer service and was the one to answer my phone call.

Bad customer service: /​How many times have I called and they put me on hold forever? On top of that, their workers are always rude. You know the $ 5.50 large peperoni carry out special? They refuse to let me have the same deal with a large cheese. If I want a large cheese pizza, I have to pay over $ 11 for it. Does that make sense? Not to me! The only reason I frequent this place is because A) I live less than 5 minutes away and I can walk there, so that makes it the closest pizza franchise place near me and B) despite the crappy, low quality service they provide, I actually like Papa John’s pizza and I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened their franchise in Southern California. This particular store, is very low quality.

I love Papa Johns but this place is nothing like what I’m used to. Their pizzas are horrible! You can count with one hand how many piece of toppings they put on their pizzas.
I actually complained to the manager about the service.
I don’t think I will be buying from them again.
