Jack In The Box

Poor customer service at drive through service. I arrived 20 minutes before closing and the guy quickly turned off the lights and hid so he wouldn’t have to make my order. Ridiculous! As I drove out and turned the car around I saw him walk out of hiding and quickly turn the «open» sign off

Very bad drive thru service they always give me a wrong order!!!
They need improvement management is very poor!!!

After a year of not eating here they finally got rid of there rude employees they finally learned a little bit of good customer service there manager (Tomisha) is such a nice lady and she’s not a fake person and she keeps it real about there food other than that the food is typical jack in the box nothing special of course.

My dollar pancakes were light and airy, my bacon done just right and the eggs were perfectly fluffy.

I like Jack-​In-​The-​Box. It’s quick, it’s filling, i like it better than other places closer by and the employees are always pretty awesome. Plus i dig Jack’s commercials. He’s pretty awesome, lol.

After days of getting my order right, today they decided to add ketchup to my Big Cheeseburgers… yuck! I ALWAYS CLEARLY STATE: BIG CHEESEBURGER, PICKLES AND MUSTARD ONLY. No, excuses! The In N Out in Downey has NEVER messed up my order and they have far more people in line!
Needless to say I will be back. Sometimes you just need that full feeling in your stomach when you are broke and settle for just lumps of greasy mass in your stomach.
ONE STAR FOR THIS MESS! I kid you not I had given this place a single star earlier today but after my return visit it all changed.

So, anyway I waited a whole day till I decided to come back here and tell them I wanted a replacement for the horrid ketchupy burger I got. I did not expect much. I mean usually the employees at places like this don’t care.
Boy was I in for a surprise!!!
I walked in and the shift leader took my order with a great attitude and offered to give me a whole new burger and my money back. I declined that generous offer. All I wanted was some grease in my tummy to ward off the hunger. Well, this guy did not even check the burger to see if it actually did have ketchup on it. He gave me a new burger with a smile and offered me a shake. He made it himself and apologized once again and I left satisfied. This is not really a review about the food’s quality. It is more a review of the chain’s ability to keep quality service by hiring i some cases people like Peter and the person that hired him. With employees like them a modicum of quality is guaranteed. The shift leader here called Peter did a great job in making the company look really good. He really must be commended for his attitude and professional demeanor.
The food here did not get any better — true, but we all know what purpose Jack In The Box serves. It is a great place to burn off the alcohol in our system late at night with grease. A greasy full tummy sensation and great deals — that’s why anyone comes.

so much you can get for 99 cents, spicy chicken, jumbo jack, fries, etc. Plus many other tasty items like mozzarella sticks, seasoned fries, chibatta burgers, variety of larger & double burgers, shakes, smoothies, asian fusion, breakfast all day, many deviled deserts and on of the better tasting fountain cokes on par with McDonalds. This place is next to the oldest mcdonalds, so it has competition. the staff was cool and place was usually clean and efficient.

I really find it hard to rate a Jack in the Box, but must say this one really does the company an injustice, similar to the one that got me sick recently. That’s another rating one of these days.
So on a nice buzz, we make a taco run. Should’ve gone to Tacos Mexico down the street. Yes, another rating to come soon!
So we order some tacos, jalapeño poppers, chicken strips, and shakes.
As luck would have it, the shake machine didn’t work. We ordered smoothies and everyone seemed to like ‘em.
Then the downward spiral hit!
The tacos were stale, not crunchy at all. No hot sauce given. Bastards!
The strips and poppers were marginal at best.
My recommendation: Avoid this location…
