The pharmacy tech’s have terrible customer service. My doctor called and faxed my prescription into this pharmacy but when I called to find out if it was ready for pick up, considering that my doctor had faxed it in three days prior, the pharmacy tech said she had to call my doctors office to find out additional information regarding the dosage. Sooooo… the prescription sat there for three days without anyone taking the initiative to call my doctors office prior to me calling in??? When I asked the girl why hadn’t anyone called my doctors office prior to me calling the pharmacy she said she did not know. I asked her if someone was going to call the doctors office to get the information they need and the girl said if I wanted her to she would??? It was clear she did not want to be bothered with a ridiculous thing like doing her job unless she was forced to. What made it even more ridiculous is that it was only 9:15am(they just opened) and you’re tired already!!! They really need to work on their customer service skills.

I used to always hate that there were 2CVS’s on the same street within a 1 mile radius. But when I went to this one’s pharmacy I understand now why they needed another CVS in the area. There’s always a customer at the pharmacy. One time I was waiting in the pharmacy line for about 10 minutes and the line kept growing there were about 5 customers in line including me and we were waiting on 2 customers being served and 1 at the refill window and there were 3 of them working in the pharmacy. From what I observed one of the pharm techs couldn’t find one of the customers prescriptions. She looked everywhere and even asked the other pharm techs who were also busy. This went on for about 5 – 7 minutes of her not being able to find the customer’s prescription and then another worker telling her to look in one of the other alphabetical last name bins. Apparently it was placed in the wrong alphabetical last name bin. Little mistakes like that will slow down a business and that’s exactly what happened. Other times the pharmacy have been alright. I’ve gone when there were 4 workers at the pharmacy and 3 customers including me and I still had to wait a little bit.

I like this CVS. Staff is nice but one of the managers is rude. He’s Latino, wears glasses and mumbles when he talks. I was there not too long ago returning something and he looked in a hurry and when I told him. id like to return this. He asked me in a rude manner, what do you want to do with this? I just told you, return it. He then gave me my money back and almost threw it at me! VERYRUDEMAN.

Honestly not that great. The CVS next to hometown buffet is so much better. The staff at the 8400 location is so much more helpful
