Not happy with this location AT ALL so it’s time to update my previous pleasant review with today’s experience.
Mom, sister and I all belong to email club so we ALL received the same email offer for a stupid lousy free item. This company shouldn’t even offer this promotion if they don’t want to honor it. How dumb!
Came in and bought a $ 15 item to receive my free $ 12 item and the register girl named zulmeda or something very strange like that harasses us and hassles us because my mom’s coupon is texted and not emailed because she doesn’t have email set up on her smart phone. Manager doesn’t care and won’t honor it. So it takes me 10 minutes to pull it up online with the terrible mall reception and then the cashier takes our phones and scrolls through our PERSONAL email to see if it’s forwarded or not and where it originated from? Excuse me? For a lousy $ 12 item that I could have just printed the flippin coupon for you go through my phone and emails? Why the HELL is this allowed in this stupid company? Other places, like Starbucks, won’t even touch your phone as they are not allowed to handle someone’s device. To make matters worse, this girl proceeds to do the same thing to my sister’s email. Wow… Unbelievable! I CANNOT BELIEVE a company like bath & body would allow this complete unprofessional invasion of privacy and lack of respect for their loyal customers.
DISGUSTED, DISAPPOINTED AND DISRESPECTED.
Calling corporate tomorrow morning re this bad policy and policing of coupons by minimum wage workers.

I am a huge B&BW fan especially because right now they are having there Semi-​Annual Sale.
This is not one of my favorite stores though it’s always so dirty & unwelcoming to come into.
My hands were filled with product & nobody offered to give me a shopping bag. I asked a question about a product & the sales associate in the front gave me attitude like she was frustrated with other customers & took it out on me.
The line was so long when I went there & there was only 1 cashier & 3 other associates just standing around in the front.
I just felt unwelcomed there & I HATE going to this store because it’s so ghetto. I prefer to go to Cerritos Town Center & Cerritos Mall where there is a much friendly welcoming atmosphere & at the Cerritos location they take pride with there appearance. At Stonewood mall the sales associates look like they just rolled out of bed.
I even asked how can I sign up for email & I was told I can’t because I paid with my credit card!
Ughh whatever! Worst Bath & Body Works in SoCal

Went here today to exchange some candles. It was just a matter of getting in and out. There were few people there and only one cash register open, which meant that I had to wait a few minutes to get helped. I’m giving this place only three stars because of the wait, and because the store was messy.

The employees are always helpful and really try to make sure you find what you need. They also are willing to open up a 2^nd register. :)
