The doctor seems careless, the office is dirty & disorganized, the worse of all that mess if the STAFF. They have such a BAD attitude, are so rude & get mad when you ask them questions. They cut off patients mid-​sentence & tried to be rude to me but gave it right back to them so they stopped… a little. I had to get some stuff done for work purposes so I stayed with them until I got it all done then switched because it was easier for me to do it that way. Their phones are constantly down. One time I arrived for my appt, the door was locked so I called them about 10 times while standing at the door. No one answered the door or the phone but I could HEAR THEM IN THERE. The next day I called & they told me the Dr had to leave. I told them they should notify their patients so we don’t show up to the appt & the staff blamed it on each other. The chubby one isn’t rude all the time, but the one that looks like a gang member is.
