I have a four unit apartment building in Los Angeles that needed a lot of work. Nelson was very patient in working with me as we listed and prioritized each project, which included large items such as complete reconstruction to something as small as replacing a door knob. Nelson has been great at understanding what I want, which at times is a moving target. I would highly recommend B2B and Nelson to anyone who is looking for help in redesign, remodeling or construction projects.

A few years ago, Nelson Bran with B2B Design/Build.com assisted me through the remodel and design of my 100 year old craftsman home, it was in shambles after years of neglect. Nelson helped me completely gut the property — it had mold, rodents, termites, Etc., rebuild & reframe it completely– including the replacement of ceiling joists and floor joists. He doubled the size of each restroom and introduced new bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, it was labor-​intensive as this required much framing and some new posts beneath. The once broken home became beautiful and my sense of pride. Through the years, Nelson has continued to help me by remodeling another restroom or with design ideas. I’m a residential realtor and when asked if I know a good contractor, I always refer him. I say «I know a great one, call Nelson Bran! I have a rental that needed work on an aging and tenant abused bathroom. I asked for an estimate from Nelson and with all the work that needed to be done it wasn’t a surprise about the cost. Having a construction background myself, I knew that once he opened the walls we would probably have a hidden surprise waiting. Sure enough there was mold and it was bad. Nelson called and said that he would send me the additional cost to fix it. I really thought it was gonna be outrageous, but it was a fair and a reasonable cost. I have worked with many construction companies and I know this is where they can stick it to you, but Nelson was honest and fair. I look forward to working with him in the future and be assured that i will pass along his name to my family and friends for any repairs or new construction work.
