Liz Carney was not wearing a name badge, I had to go look around to find out hear name. She is the branch manager. AAA needs to know that she is rude and not helpful at all. She offended me ! I expect someone from AAA to call me. It has been over 3 weeks so I’m deleting my # so Sonny S. Doesn’t stock me

In an out for membership. Came on a Satursay morning for membership services. We waited for approx 15 min and were done with our new membership within 5 min. Overall, good customer service. Other services were longer but fairly organized.

AAA California Roadside was a great help !!! Thank you BRENT for helping my friends tonight at Anaheim Gardenwalk. Brent was very efficient, fast and very friendly and they didnt have to wait too long for him to arrive. Again, to all who helped thank you. Keep up the great service you do!!!

AAA has the worst customer service for Roadside assistance! I can’t believe the service they have. they are of no help when you need them most, they will leave you stranded. I called to have them pick my car up at work because they have a 10 to 30 min wait time!!! I had to pick up my car 2 miles away so that when I get back they would be there to pick it up. Because I really need to leave at 4pm sharp to make it to my chiropractic therapy in Montclair from Norwalk! The driver didn’t care and said he had to leave so I called to speak with a supervisor by the name of «Tish» since he didn’t want to do the job while I was 4-​lights away and need him to take my car to Ontario. She said they can only wait 5-​min and leave! Really!!! 5-​min? Are you kidding me?
After 20 years of being a loyal customer you would think they have better service then to tell you they only give you 5-​minutes to find you and if they do not find you in 5-​min they will take off!
This is horrible service. What a bunch of bologny!

Short, fast line to pay car registration. Convenient.

Worst parking security ever! Supposed to have security guards to ensure only aaa customers are parking in their lot. Not these two. Allowed no fewer than 20 people park and walk to Portos. I’m still counting even more as i write this. I’m waiting for someone who is a aaa customer. Two more allowed to park and not enter aaa.

Quick friendly informative service.
I’m just happy how quickly I was able to pay my bill. But, it all depends on the customers in front that just ask too many questions. I saw the Rep was patient and answer questions quickly so she was able to help others.

The express line for the DMV is longer then the line at the DMV… Not Good! And they only have 1 person working dMV

So there I was, driving from dmv to dmv. Lines at every single dmv out the door for as far as the eye can see. Real pain right?! I mean there must be a better place to go for basic dmv services but there isn’t anywhere else to go… is there?!

Walked into the AAA office with 5 min left to spare before closing (phew!). Found 4 people ahead of me in line. Waited less than 5 min before speaking with the wonderful receptionist Barb. Such a delight to speak with. Barb took my name and membership number then asked if I could have a seat in the waiting area. #comfyseats
Waited for what must have been 3 min before getting called to the window. I was greeted by yet another wonderful smile. I handed her my title, filled out the paperwork and BANG! was told there was a problem with my title being registered as there was a PNO (planned non operational) on the title. Completely deflaited i was asked to wait for a gentleman named Anthony. Oh Anthony you are amazing my friend as you saved the day! He fixed the error in the system and i was subsequently given my tags on the spot! Wow!
Before leaving I noticed a leaflet regarding a trip to Disney world in the travel department. Being a Disney fan (now now I know you love it to! =) i inquired about it being helped by a young women named Monique. She was beyond helpful! Not pushy in anyway and answered every single question I had to the best of her ability with a warm smile. I ironed out some details and was told I can call her anytime to confirm my plans!
This is the best place like uh ever. In and out in 25 min total!!! Ahhhhhh! –happy dance– I’m so glad I became a AAA member best money every spent! 2 thumbs up!

This place is getting worse than the dmv I have never had such poor customer service as I received at this AAA needed to Joyce was the most horid I really don’t understand how people can keep their jobs

This line to pay insurance is way too long and slow. I don’t understand why they would not schedule an extra person to take payments on Monday. This is not good customer service. Why isn’t someone else cross trained on staff to take payments?

Excellent service. The staff is very friendly and they treat you well!
I recommend this place. Plenty of parking.

The service overall is great, long wait but well worth it…

I was incredibly impressed with the service of this travel agency. I contacted AAA to book our cruise last October for 10 of my friends and family members. We were referred to Cynthia Noyola, who was able to make all arrangements and made sure we were booked together in our stateroom. I cannot begin to say how gratified I am and appreciate all she did for us. It was the cruise of a lifetime and made our trip that much more memorable. I will definitely be contacting Cynthia Noyola for our next family vacation.

Just went here for notary service. The parking lot was packed, so i thought there’ll be a lot of people. There was a decent amount of people inside, but we we’re all served pretty fast. It was my first time here, and i considered all of the reviews. I usually go to the Artesia branch but it just felt like the dmv over there. Overall, the experience here is great, and i will come back here for all my future AAA needs.

Even though this place is busier than LAX it seems, I am always treated with the utmost respect and receive outstanding customer care when I come here.
My first experience was when I just needed some quotes for insurance. It didn’t take long for Lorena to call my name out. She is a very sweet lady and knows her stuff.
When I called her a few weeks after that visit (and the subsequent purchase of a new vehicle was made), she went above and beyond to help me. She is not only efficient with her duties, but she cares about her high level of professionalism. In comparison to our former Farmers insurance plan, we are saving quite a bit more money and receive much better services through the Auto Club. (I received in-​person and/​or email quotes from the following insurance companies and NONE of them came close to the Auto Club: 21^st Century, Allstate, Ameriprise (through Costco), Esurance, Geico, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, Progressive, & State Farm.)
My second experience at this location in Downey was for notary public services. A gentleman by the name of Rey worked diligently to get through the list of names. While my hubs and I sat in the lobby area for quite a while with a rambunctious 11-​month-​old, we left feeling very satisfied and cared for by the Auto Club’s employees, especially Rey, who checked the prices for the amount of signatures we needed versus an upgrade to our AAA services – saving us a slew of money.
We ended up upgrading our AAA services, but we can downgrade them once our new year approaches. Sweet! But in all honesty, we like the benefits of the premium membership as my husband is a business owner and we travel to many parts of the U.S. (& he around the world on various occasions).
I look forward to not having to visit the DMV if I don’t have to because we have AAA service and auto insurance through the Auto Club.
PROS:
— there are great benefits with 3 different memberships
— I believe Lorena stated that they are #1 in service when it comes to insurance claims
— they are open on Saturdays
— they will take care of your DMV needs
— the Downey location in particular has ample parking, has friendly & great employees (at least in my experience), and is organized and provides you with answers as soon as they can. It’s in downtown Downey — you can’t miss it from Firestone Blvd.
CONS:
— considerable amount of time to wait depending on your needs and the time of day
— I haven’t had experience with AAA services whilst being stranded on the side of the road, but I can imagine that you may have to wait a while depending on your location. It’s better than nothing or giving your trust to a total stranger…

Pretty good AAA in Downey. Located in the heart of Downey. Ample parking, and the facility is actually pretty big in size. Went to go get added on my wife’s insurance, and we were in and out in 15 mins…

I love this office. I’ve been going here since I moved to Downey which has been 8 years now and I must say that I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and the lines move fast.

Think AAA and you think «OMG I locked myself outta the !#$% car!»…and yes, just like the smartphone saying «there’s an app for that», AAA will help you out with that.
But behold, a journey of additional services awaits you! How would you like to have 10 hours of your life back? Well forget the DMV, and say AAA! Yes, you can get car, boat, and motorcycle registration changes, tags, and printouts to your vehicle information done there. You can also switch Certificate of Title (pink slip) as long as you are a member, the other party doesn’t have to be a member if you bring them with you.
Then there is life and auto insurance services, cheaper movie tickets, and you can plan an entire vacation from car, hotel, and destination information with ease. All for less than $ 60 bucks a year membership costs. And if that’s too much, you can buy your membership at Costco for a discount.
The AAA membership is for you, not the clunker that you drive, so many people think «My car is fine, I don’t need a membership» baloney! If you are ever with someone else, or have a friend that is stranded, your membership will help them (as long as you are there of course)
I’ve been a member for years, and can attest to services being top notch.
As far as this location, the service is helpful, and if you have to wait, you do so on chairs not standing up! The busiest days are Saturdays of course (open 9−2pm). My wait on a Saturday is 30 mins, during the week, its less than 5 minutes tops!

I been here to this AAA location on 3 separation occasions. The service here is really nice. You can pay your DMV tags and be done in less then 10 minutes. Also getting books for vacation can be done here as well. I have also gotten insurance quotes, but AAA tends to be a little more expensive then my current provider.
Best known for: Come here if you need to take care of DMV needs, you will be out promptly.
