I dropped in for some sushi. I had the shrimp tempura roll which comes with soup, a salad($ 3.00) which was really small and shrimp tempura and vegetables. The service was good but could have been better. I was acknowledged when I arrived and seated. My waitress did not understand English well or that’s what it seemed. I had to ask for water 2x after I ordered it and received my food. I also had to ask another server to bring me a fork after my server failed to bring me one. The salad dressing was really good. When I first came through the door it smelled a lil fishy. That’s one of the reasons I did not get raw fish. My food total was $ 19.50 and she keep the change. I tipped her and left it on the table. I will return since there are few places in town that serve sushi. I can wait to try other menu items. Hopefully my next server will tell me about the specials before I order.

OK. I lived in Korea for 3 years so I have a pretty good idea what good Korean food is. Although this is not your traditional style Korean BBQ place where you cook it yourself on a grill in the middle of the table it was good for what it was. The food was good and my service was friendly and quick. The Menu was heavy on the Sushi side but they had the dishes I was looking for. If your looking for some good Korean food in the area this place will do just fine.

I really love this place. I’m Korean and recently relocated from the west coast to Rehoboth beach and I was thrilled to learn there was a Korean restaurant within an hours drive For me it’s totally worth it. The Korean goods is authentic and really tasty, makes me feel like I’m I’m Korea town again. The only negative is the sushi isn’t the best but that’s not why I go there. They’re a little stingy with banchan but again, not why I go there So far I’ve had the galbi, kimchi jiggae, haemul pajun, yook gaejang and galbi tang, all really impressive Staff is great and ambiance is fine Definitely try it out

I’m giving this place a 3⁄5 because: it was misleading with the restaurant name, they didn’t serve certain items on the menu, and they weren’t as attentive towards the end of our meal. The name has korean bbq in it and their menu consisted of less than half a page of korean bbq. They serve mainly SUSHI. The bbq that they serve is cooked in the kitchen too, fyi. The actual korean food that they serve is less than half a page. When we ordered one of the items, they told us they didn’t serve it anymore. So then when we chose something else, they said they didnt serve that anymore either! The food we got was very good though. Towards the end, we wanted another bowl of rice but it took us forever to get attention. We actually had to get up and hunt someone down to bring us another bowl of rice. Granted it was heading towards closing time, but nonetheless we were still there!!!(we werent even dragging our time there, we were in fact starving so we were chowing down and wanted to leave…) I don’t think this place is bad, I was just let down too many times in a row…

Quiet place. Fantastic food. Very polite staff. They really had a great, long list of specialty sushi rolls. I had the crab crunch roll and salmon sashimi. Delicious! My friend ordered the chicken bulgoggi also very good. Will definitely be returning. Only negatives are parking and the atmosphere felt a bit like a diner, but still nice overall.

This is the first time that I had ever had Korean food, and I loved it! My friend who lived in Asia for a few years always talked about bulgogi, so when I saw it on the menu, I knew I had to try it. It was amazing and I can’t wait to go back and order it again! This is definitely a gem in Dover. Our service was great and very helpful with recommendations.

This meal was an unexpected bright spot in an otherwise less than spectacular few days of food in Dover. Work took me to Dover for 3 days and this was my last and best meal of the week, definitely my most surprising meal! Most folks in our group enjoyed bulgogi. It was perfectly seasoned and marinated, meat was good quality. A few people ordered sushi and had pretty good reviews of it. There was some minor confusion with the sushi order — they ordered a sashimi platter and ended up with nigiri. The bulgogi came with rice, bbq sauce and 4 sides(kim chi and a few other items). Other dishes… cucumber salad was pretty good as was the ramen. If I’m ever in Dover for work I definitely will be back to Yukon!
