I go all the time. The employees are patient and help. it would be nice if they had more staff.. They refused to refund a $ 200 machine because it didnt have packaging cardboard inside the box. I called customer service and I’m currently waiting on Michele to return my complaint. Funny .any excuse not to refund my item. If you have an issue at this location call Joann customer service line 888−739−4120 so that they can report it to the district manager.

After years of being in this area, I finally decided to stop at this location. Now, I have given my BF coupons for this store on many occasions because he restores Old Azz cars, sorry I mean Antique Cars, and he often times gets the Headliner (Overhead fabric) from here. But I don’t care for the plaza, so I don’t come in here much. (Side note: I do frequent a store here that sales Henna. Sorry Natural Hair Ladies, I can’t remember the name.)
I walked into this old looking store in this old, beat up looking plaza and for a moment I thought I was in Buckhead. The doors slid open and I heard little Angels singing to me! I was in heaven! They have a nice selection of Yarn for those of us that Knit and or Crochet. I was impressed to see that their Cotton and Wool Yarn selections were plentiful. They also carry purse handles which a couple of the other Craft stores do NOT sell. So if you are a crafty Guy or Girl you could find yourself in some trouble at this location. From jewelry making, to sewing to crocheting this place has something for everyone. And all of the staff here are helpful and friendly, both men and women.
If you are not a Crafty Guy or Girl, never fret because they have classes for you and children too! Learn how to Sew, Decorate a cake (A Wilton’s course), Knit, Crochet, Quilt and or make Jewelry for about $ 30 – 45 per class. They also have coupons from time to time that give you half off of one class if you purchase another one.

My mom and I visited this Jo-Ann’s store today to find materials to re-​cover four dining room chairs. An employee, Gayle, worked with us to determine the amount of fabric and foam we would need to do the chairs and was as helpful and friendly a person to work with as you could ask for.
I love shopping in this store, because it seems that everyone is very knowledgeable about crafting and they are more than happy to share their wisdom and advice. It is always a good experience with this location.
