First off, Customer Service at this particular store is DEAD! After reading the other reviews it seems as if my furniture isn’t the only ones«not in stock». I order the Sofia Vergara dining set(WHICH i LOVEBYTHEWAY) w\ bench and six chairs. I received the bench and four chairs 12⁄2015 but have to wait until 02⁄16 to get my other two chairs… but hold on. let me back up to where I ordered the table had to wait two weeks for delivery and had to send my table back because a «Manufacturing error» the holes in my table leg did not match up with the screws to be put together so I had to wait an additional week for delivery and they give you a four hour window and they were late !!! Called the store manager Eugene, Eugenio, Geno whatever his name is an he was NOT sympathetic to the fact I paid for delivery for a specific date and it was an issue on their end. They will NOT give you a «I’m sorry», A credit, Discount, free fabric cleaner… NOTHING! Usually a good manager would offer you some incentive as a «I apologize for the inconvenience» here’s how we can rectify the situation. All he said was«Well, All I can do is have it reshipped out to you we don’t give credit or discounts» Needless to say after I pay this Sh$% off in a couple months. I WILLNEVERUSETHEMAGAIN. I will go to Ashley Furniture or Haverty’s anywhere but here. I MIGHTHAVEBEEN A LITTLEMOREFORGIVENHADTHESTOREMANAGERBEEN A LITTLEMORESYMPATHETICANDNOTCOLD !!! I even told him I was going to write a review on his poor customer service and he had the nerve to say«O.k. Do what you have to do «in his island accent. ********** WELL, HEREITISMYFRIEND!!! p. s. Whomever is over the Rooms to go franchise — if you want to keep customers you may want to look into doing a Customer Service Etiquette Class for ALL employees including the Store Manager because like I said you lost my business after this. I should have taken heed from a friend who also had a bad experience recently but NOPE I wanted to give you guys a shot and boy did i learn the hard way.

(ROOMSTOGO– DOUGLASVILLE, GA) I will never buy from Rooms to Go EVER again. I was told by family members I would not be happy but I didn’t listen. We went to purchase a mattress and we laid on about 10. We picked the one we wanted«Wickford Bay» and after everything was said and done I looked over the paperwork as we were on the way home and he gave us the wrong mattress. I called up there and he confirmed it was the same mattress, same everything and I wouldn’t have a problem. I went up there 3 days later and spoke with another sales person who told me that they were different mattresses and she doesn’t know why he would tell me that it was the same. So I had to wait for the store manager to call me the next day and when he did he was very rude, short, and very unprofessional, acted like he had better things to do then deal with this issue. Then he wanted me to pay the price difference of $ 100 since the card was not in my name it was in my husbands name I cant make that purchase of the price difference. The only thing he was willing to do was take off the pillows we had purchased so the total amount of the order would stay the same and we wouldn’t have to go through adding me to the account which takes close to a month by the time its all said and done(completely done through the mail). I feel like with a mistake on their part as such he should’ve been willing to work the price difference out considering they have a ZERO return policy and if I would’ve took HIS salesman’s word on it, it would’ve been delivered to my house and I wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. I would be STUCKWITH A MATTRESS I DIDN’T EVENWANT. its 4 days later and we still don’t have this resolved and the store manager is just getting back to me. These people absolutely do not care about their customers, WHATSSOEVER!!! HUGEMISTAKE.

Just purchased furniture a months back service was great. Had to wait awhile for living room sectional but it was worth the wait overall I am happy with my purchase.
