Yummie ice Cream. Mud Pie without the peanut butter… is the best. The young people who work the counter are nice and courteous.

I love Coldstone! It’s, without a doubt, my favorite Ice-cream/frozen yogurt spot. Seriously, nothing else compares so don’t even try lol. I’m sad to see that several of them are closing around town. :( This isn’t my usual location but my wife and I were visiting Sweetwater park and decided to get Icecream before heading home. This Coldstone is about 5miles up the highway from the park in Douglasville. It was pretty crowded when we got there but the lines moved quickly, the staff was friendly and they got our orders right which is important when there are so many possible add-ins and variations in one single order. The location was also very clean. I was pleased to see that Coldstone offers so many new items that were not on the menu the last time I visited including shakes, slushies, Icecream sandwich cookies, cupcakes with Icecream and«hotstone» items that are warm desserts with Icecream on top – sounds yummy! I went with my usual this time: Mud-Pie Mojo with chocolate Icecream(instead of coffee) on a waffle-cone! Delicious! next time I’ll branch out and try one of their new offerings

It is honestly the best ice cream place in douglasville. Awesome flavors, huge cones, great add ons, and resonable prices. Well worth the long lines :)

The ice cream never disappoints but on a busy night(or day) it can take a while. That us the problem with this type of place. They take great care in preparing your food, but the wait can be overwhelming sometimes. Two fun facts about this location. First, it is right next to a weight loss place. Second, you can bring your receipt from Johnnys in the same plaza, and get 10% off ice cream

Fast and friendly service, only complaint is that they run out of different flavors of ice cream. Today it was chocolate, last time I went it was something else. I just feel like if you sale ice cream keep it stocked up, it’s like a gas station running out of regular one day and premium the next! You just never know what your going to get.(in my Forest Gump voice) lol

6 kids and 2 adults. We all ordered a wide variety of deliciousness! The staff was friendly, and worked as fast as possible to serve us all quickly. This location is very clean, and easy access to I-20. It’s the perfect place to cure a sweet tooth.

The worst cold stone I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to this location 3 times always hoping that the previous time was just an «off day». The ice cream stone is very messy, as if it only gets properly wiped down once a day. And the ice cream is very soft and melts within seconds. It melts so fast that it’s almost soup consistency even before it’s put in my cup! Ridiculous! Management really need to change a few things at this location. Tip: Go to BRUSTERS instead.

I usually go in here after Johnny’s New York Style Pizza. I’m glad they let you get a discount from the recipt cause man they are EXPENSIVE!!! But… on the other hand, they do have really good icecream.

I bought a cake from them and I was so displeased with the quality, not to mention they were suppose to make it a chocolate cake and it ended up being vanilla. I asked that the cake be ready by 1pm I arrived at about 1:05 ish the«cake decorator» was 25 minutes late then she had no idea what to write on the cake I just wanted happy birthday and my daughters name. When she brought me the cake I could have seriously cried. It looked awful! I didn’t make a fuss because I was way to upset and I knew there was no manager there! There I cream combos never disappoint but do not ever go there to get a specially made cake!

Word to the wise — I think there used to be another location for this on Chapel Hill, as my Google Maps mistakenly tried to tell me – it’s currently located in the shopping complex across the highway from Target(by Provino’s restaurant). This weekend was my first time hittin’ up a Cold Stone. I’d heard great things about it from others and after sweating my way through an afternoon at Zoo Atlanta, as me and the bf headed home, ice cream just sounded like it’d hit the spot. Upon arrival… Every. Single. Concoction. Sounded. Amazing. I read and re-read the signature and favorites menus, like, three times — and still didn’t know which to pick! I went with something that involved cake ice cream with cookie dough and chocolate chips(with extra cookie dough, no whipped cream — excellent choice). I ordered a medium which was a terrible idea because I barely got close to half before it was melting and I was full.(My bf later ate my leftovers out of our freezer… bastard!) It is super cool how they create the mixture for you(it reminded me of how they make pizza!). Next time I’m definitely making my own concoction… It’s amazing how delicious they make ice cream. But it is quite spendy — I can’t imagine the ticket for a family when we spent about $ 15 on two cups of goodness, a water and a little tip(altho, my bf pointed out that the kid’s size looked about the same at half the price — wonder if you have to be under 12 to order one?). Basically, it’s a great treat to have on a very limited basis. Next time, I’m just going to get the smallest size available.
