Horrible service. I will NEVER stay here again. Customer service is a joke and should just have a recording that says«don’t even ask, because you can’t have it». I traveled with a one and three year old and they refused to provide a crib. Our room said it came with a fridge. I called«customer service». They said not all rooms come with a fridge. Horrible horrible horrible. Better bet to sleep in the car.

Save yourself a headache and find another hotel to stay at while visiting Dothan. Due to the awful customer services and lack of management leadership if you run into any sort of problem during your stay don’t expect any help from them solving your problem. I prepaid for 2 rooms over a week before our stay. When I checked in I was charged for the rooms again even though my account clearly noted pre pay for 2 rooms. I was also charged multiple times for the«incidentals» of $ 50 per night. However, the total of my charges minus the room total did not equal an amount of $ 50 increments. When I asked the front desk about the extra charges they couldn’t explain to me why or what I was charged for. In the end I was charged a total of $ 936 to 2 rooms. Today marks 5 days since I checked out of the hotel and 6 days since I brought my issue to management in Dothan. I have yet to hear an apology from Holiday Inn. In fact, the general manager(Kim) has yet to even acknowledge they made a mistake as she will not answer her office phone when they connect me to her extension nor will she return my requests for a call back. I still have charges on my card for rooms I already paid for. After leaving several messages for the manager(Kim) with no call back I took my issue to corporate. Corporate called the Dothan Holiday inn to speak with the GM(Kim) about the problems I was having. When the corporate office called me back to let me know what was going on, she told me the front desk staff and the GM were rude to her when they called too! There is no excuse for the lack of helpfulness or their lack of simple customer service. It is obvious they are not friendly with anyone no matter who you are. If they are rude to their fellow coworkers and corporate management over the phone it is safe to say they are rude to all customers that step foot in that hotel. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. It amazes me that Kim even has a job there since she fails to return calls and fails to pick up the phone to address a problem. I logged onto trip advisory and read many reviews with similar issues. This is an ongoing problem at this location. I can only hope that Holiday Inn steps in and takes care of this problem on a management level the sooner the better!
