After 4 years in Boston, I’ve finally found my hair spot! For the most part, I’ve been taken to the wash area as soon as I step in the shop, and as soon as my hair is done drying my stylist will take me (and other spots I’ve been left sitting for 20 – 45 minutes!!). My hair had been breaking off and stopped growing, and after going here my hair has improved and gone back to the state it was in before I got it dyed.
I’ve found that going on Wednesdays in the morning is best, but if you get there super early on Saturday/Sunday then it shouldn’t be too bad either.

This is a great salon. The staff is very friendly. I’ve known Isabel for years and she knows what she’s doing. The other girls do hair very well also. Whenever I get my hair done, it lasts a good amount of time. The prices are very fair. I always feel welcome when I go there.

I used to go to Isabel’s biweekly for my wash and set. My stylist was always very friendly and my hair always turned out beautifully. Not too many people speak English, but you can still get your point across. I did feel like it was disorganized. You could be waiting for hours to get your hair washed, then hours after you come out of dryer. I put up with it because they kept my hair healthy and it always looked good. If you want to give up a whole day, I would recommend this place.
