Great company extremely well respected in and around Boston. The trucks are spotless and the staff is great! The negative comments seem to be from people who no longer work for them. A+++ service!

Great people, great service, and well involved through-​out the community; and proud of it. Eascare is one of the biggest ambulance companies in New England, and continuing to grow. From personal experience, the employees of Eascare go above and beyond to treat each patient with kindness, respect, and compassion.

I am a nurse at BMC, and have years of experience with many private companies along with Boston EMS. Generally everyone is kind and does a good job, but Eascare goes the step further with their customer service and professional communication with facilities like mine. It is a tough job, nobody would do it if they didn’t care! Any negative comments certainly represent a variation from their status quo.

Known throughout the industry as one of the least employee friendly services in the area. I worked there until 3 years ago when I quit to move across the country. With no warning and no reason I was fired with one week left! After coming home recently and catching up with a buddy, he told me almost nobody from my tenure there remains, himself included. For a company this large, that is shocking. The performance of the crew was always great but it’s an absolutely toxic place to work.

One of their Wheel Chair vans just drove by my house stopped and threw all his trash out the window on the street including soda bottles and D&D coffee cups. I called the garage which is just two streets away to complain and Tanya who answered couldn’t believe what I was telling her well I guess that she didn’t believe me because no one has shown yet to pick up the trash. I can only imagine how these employees treat their customers. I would think twice about using this company. If you can’t respect the neighbors that live next door to you how can you then be expected to treat your customers. I would give ZERO stars if it were possible. Let’s hope I stay healthy and never have to use these guys. Done–
