I stopped by yesterday after being away overseas. I have been a customer for a long time and I’m disappointed to drop this terrible review because I was a regular and fan of this place., but I won’t be back here. The last few months I noticed a decline in the quality of their product. I had to return my work pants in five different occasions due to multiple reasons, mostly for having a double edge. Only one time they were a bit dirty. Needless to say, but this was unacceptable to me. The staff was always great about it, they apologize for the oversights and kept the pants to re-accomplish the job. The first two times was okay, but it was becoming irritating the regularity of these oversights. Anyway, I stopped yesterday(Wednesday) after serving overseas for 45 days. I was dropping 3 pants, but one was needed the next day(Thursday) by 6pm. They refused to do it, stating all pants could be done by next Monday. Really? 5 days to do 1 pant that was needed the next day? I understand they don’t do the clothes on premise, but when you charge over $ 5.00 to dry clean each pant, I would think they could do this service from one day to another, especially for a regular customer like me. BTW; they have done the 24 hr service for me many times before. Lastly; I don’t consider myself a big spender here, but between the wife and myself we spent roughly $ 15 per week x 4 weeks = $ 60×12 months = $ 720 per year. Again, I’m sure other customers spend more, but businesses strive based on return customers. and I was certainly one of them… who by the way referred many others to this business. Time to find another place to drop my hard earned money. Wish them good luck.
