This place is awful. You call and call and call during business hours and no one ever answers!!! Then someone finally does and apparently they don’t speak English so they «hang up». Assuming I wasn’t really hung up on I called back immediately 3 times and they didn’t answer. Don’t waste your time. If that’s how you run a business I hope it goes out of business!

Had two pair of pants taken in. The alterations were great and were done in a couple of days the girl at the counter did not speak English but did get someone one the phone for me to explain what I needed done. I Also had some dry cleaning done that I the quality of their work to be excellent. They charge me 12.99 per pair of pants to take them in.

Tremendous, affordable, professional service. I called all around Miami for a reasonable tailor to fix the pants leg of my suit. I had a small tear on the seam of one of my suit legs which needed a quick patching up before a flight out of town the next day. Not only would none of the other places do it in such a short time, but they all also charged upwards of $ 20. Quite a ripoff for something that takes five minutes.
I swung by the Cleaners at Doral, explained my situation, and they kindly promised to have it back to me by closing. On top of that, they charged me less than $ 10. Then, incredibly, only half a mile away I got a call. They had put me on the top of the stack and it was ready for pickup.
Tremendous service. If I ever rip, tear, or need drycleaning again, I’m heading back here.

They have some of the lowest prices around. They even provide you with prices at other cleaners for you to compare. The service has been great so far. I have had both clothes cleaned and alterations done.
