With Jonathan, I was able to find the perfect mattress for me and my husband! He was so attentive and took his time to teach us about the different mattresses. He made us feel very comfortable, not like other sales people. The store was super clean and they had a lot of options at great prizes. I love my tempurpedic, make sure you ask for Jonathan, he truly looks for the customers best interests!

Ralph Peña is very friendly and professional. We were the annoying customers that walked in 5 min before closing. He was not upset and helped us willingly. We were able to get the mattress we needed and at a savings of $ 300.

My new mattress got delivered today. The home delivery service is very affordable and the staff is very efficient. I had a wonderful experience!

Picked up a mattress at this store recently after my old one had to get thrown out. First time buying one and the representative Jonathan was extremely helpful. I actually felt like he was listening to what I was looking for and really knew what he talking about. Made my girlfriend’s and I first mattress buying experience a pleasant one as opposed to how stressful I heard it could be! Prices were way lower than all the other places we had looked at, got a steal on a king size bed ! Place is really clean and really organized, some of the other stores we had visited were really disorganized and messy. You can tell the difference in the environment as soon as you walk in and they greet you. I’d definitely recommend anybody I know who needs a new mattress to check this specific location out. I live in Kendall and I’m willing to come here even though there’s like 4 other mattress places down the street from me. Thank you Jonathan !!

I have to say Jon at Mattress Firm was the most cordial and detailed sales associate I’ve ever encountered. My husband and I were shopping around for a mattress for our new home, first thing we noticed upon walking into the store was the cleanliness and impeccable layout of beds from brand to bed feel, Jon took the time to help us out and explain all the systems Mattress Firm uses to help their customers achieve purchasing the perfect mattress for their customized great nights sleep. After we tried a couple of mattresses we found exactly what we had been looking for. The price of the mattress was exactly what I would have expected for such a good product and thanks to Jon’s customer service and diligence we were qualified to take the mattress of our dreams home without paying a penny! We were able to finance it at 0% APR for 3 years! It couldn’t have gone any better for us, and from all the store previously visited we made a purchase after only 20 mins of comparing beds. I recommend this store and Jon to anyone looking for a great mattress and a friendly, customized purchasing experience!
