My family loves NY Style pizza! My husband is a NY native and has taught my children and I what«real» pizza should taste like. We are always trying new pizza places in the hopes of finding really good quality NY Style pizza that we love. So far we haven’t been crazy abput anything near our home that we can get delivered fast and hot, and that would taste up to our pizza standards. Well, a friend, also from NY recommended we try the new Domino’s Brooklyn Style pizza. Of course we wete skeptical, I mean… Domino’s? ??? But, today we were feeling adventurous and placed the order for one XL Brooklyn Style pizza on the Domino’s App on my phone. We added cheddar cheese, but nothing more. It was here within 30 minutes. Hot! Well my fellow Unilocalers, I must say we were blown away! By far the best NY Style pizza we have had in a VERY long time! It was, so good, we ordered a second pizza because my children and husband devoured the first one. I have nothing but praise here! All I can say is try it yourself and see!

We got back to our hotel late one recent evening and most of the restaurants were closed at the time. Not wanting to walk outside in the dark, we decided to have pizza delivered. We ordered online as we didn’t want any confusion over the phone. Our order came within 20 minutes and the pizza met our expectations.

If I can put ZERO stars, I’m sure I will do that. REALLYBADSERVICE!!! I live only 3 miles to this store and when I order delivery, it takes almost 2 hours!!! The people who answer the phone is not polite at all!!! No greetings no apologies when they deliver the food so late!!! Don’t do any order from them!!! NEVER!!!

Hello dominos, I have encountered 3 different concerns with Dominos, specifically with the one closest to my home and work. This one… First times, 2⁄3 the delivery took longer than estimated. From this point on I decided to carryout instead. First time carryout around June 2015, I ordered Large flat bread pizza with the«new» at the moment BBQ chicken on the side. I was told to wait 25−30min. I arrived 30min. After we hangged up and after paying I was told to wait 5 more minutes. I waited 20 more minutes to get my pizza. I was not happy. Last time, 7÷17÷2015, carryout. Placed my order online 2 medium pizza. The little bar that shows; «making pizza» «pizza in the oven».etc. I placed my order close to 7:00pm. My order confirmation on the app said, your order is ready around 7:18pm. I picked it up at 7:34 and the pizza wasn’t ready. In fact, 1 pizza was ready, bit the other seems like the forgot to make it. I waited 20 more minutes for that sexond pizza. With these strikes, Papa Johns, Power Pizza, and pizza Hut are my choices now. Worst part of all, Dominos now has to be my second favorite pizza.

Worst service and rude personnel. First I called and was left on hold for more than ten minutes. I hang up and call back and get helped – wonder what they were doing while I was on hold. The guy that answered was rude from the beginning and stayed that way when he called back to tell me the food was ready an hour later. We get the pizza cold, barely warm. The breadsticks didn’t come with marinara sauce, that’s standard. This place continues to live up to all of its reviews. I will not order from here again, hopefully they replace it with something else.

Worst service ever! Messed up my delivery order, I ordered 2 thin crusts, they give me regular they don’t bring me the 2 liter soda but a small one, and then forget my cheesy bread… then they come back and bring me a cold pizza… never again

The worst service in the world. Pizza never showed up, they never answered our phone calls. Only got the recording and never was able to speak to anyone. Never order a pizza from this Junk!!!

I’m changing my review, because another manager at the store called me and offer an apology and 2 free pizzas to make up for the inconvenience! As for Mabel who works there she needs some customer service training. Thank you, to the Manger he was kind and courteous.

Wow. Exactly what all the reviews said. Woman who answered the phone at 520pm on October 23rd had a nasty attitude and I wasn’t done with my order and she hung up on me. We are from Orlando and it made me have a horrible perception of this Miami Dominos. When will these people realize jobs are precious now. Why do the businesses hire these people? Nasty attitude means no business. I just called back and cancelled my order. Unacceptable. Hope management or corporate are listening to Unilocalers and taking care of this. Definitely a 0 star. This woman is lucky we weren’t taking in person. Extremely disappointed.

I have the worst experience with this place, if dominoes pizza really wants to offer a good costumer service then they should shut down this location or revoke the franchise, this place is a JOKE and a disgrace to this company, DONOTGOTHERE!!!

If I can give 0 stars I would. I don’t usually write reviews, but when I do the service was that terrible. Both times upon ordering the food arrived An hour passed the delivery time. And the conversations with the«manager» went no where. They are the robots of dominos, still bearing human error and poor service… Oh and the food sucks! Always semi-warm(because it’s an hour late) and the chicken always is undercooked or overcooked. If they blame your experience on the new employees that’s a common excuse for them. They may get the pizza thing right one day…

Same issues as others have stated. It was late but they were on the key card for thee hotel. Called and put on hold for 10 minutes. Felt like they were trying to run down the 45 minutes until they closed with me on hold. Have not had dominos in forever but thought I would give it a shot. Not again.

Although usually, I wouldn’t Unilocal a chain-based restaurant I felt this was mandatory. I just ordered online from this place based on their 50% off online deal they have going on. The online wizard tool works great yet when I call the store, the situation worsens beyond control. On hold endlessly, to only get put back on hold when I call back with a QUICKCOMMENTARY for my order that is right about to leave the store. Took me calling five times and being on hold for half an hour to result in them telling me they couldn’t help me anyways. How poorly managed is this place that you cannot request«drums only» for the wings? I mean cmon! I have paid more for it in the past(maybe a dollar or two) but never have I been told NO. As for the professional demeanor, at least the employees should try to sound somewhat courteous on the phone being that they are in Customer Service after all. This place sucks and they really need help in Customer service. Your pizza aint all that, its frozen mass of generic dough at the end of the day. What is supposed to set them aside is their marketing, and I hope whoever reads this either gets DiGiornio or call La Fortuna… seriously

This is the worst pizza I’ve ever tried, bought a large and only ate 2 slices the rest garbage, super grease way too much sauce, cheese was still raw, the staff soundes like they can’t wait to clock out, I rather spend a couple of dollars more and go to archis or la fortuna.
