After some more treatments Im not as satisfied as i was in the beginning cellulite started coming back and i was starting to be charge for things that i was told was included in my package i am disappointed with the outcome but lesson learned ask questions and get everything in writing if you decide to go here over all Elizabeth was really sweet

Over all good service, disappointed with Alexandra I purchased a endermologie and body wrap package that included power step and after only 2 weeks she told me that power step was only for one month and that I would have to pay an additional $ 200 each month just to use the stepper. I was with my husband when we first purchased the package and she never mention this. she also practically force me to purchase a body shaper for 120.00 by that i mean she ask me to try it on and when i was removing it she told me just try it out for a few days to see if i liked it if you don’t you don’t have to buy it, when the zipper broke immediately after only 2 days I tried to returned it to her and she told me she can get it fixed but there are NO RETURNS maybe it was my fault for not asking enough questions and not getting anything in writing I just took her word for it because she really does seem really helpful and caring but she gets you when you are vulnerable. I desperately wanted to get rid of my cellulite for the summer but that didn’t happen. I gave 2 stars because services that were offered were okay but I loved the massages from ELI… she is the sweetest and you can really trust her i feel so relax with her but honestly they are too pricey. I will not be back to this place Alexandra scams you for every penny you have. if you decide to give this place a try request everything in writing and keep track of all the payments you make.
