I needed gas on the way back to Omaha, so I pulled off I-80 only to be enticed by the flashy sign of Fat Dog’s. Once I pulled into the dingy parking lot I found the small convenience store closed(it was a little before midnight). Being tucked next to the parking lot of a sketchy motel didn’t help things out either. Don’t fall for the hype, keep heading south another half mile or so until you see Bosselman Truck Stop.

This place sells gas in the middle of nowhere in Nebraska. The woman working there was friendly and toilets existed. Huzzah! Bonus: It’s next to a place called«Mormon Island».
