I have lived in Dixon for close to 5 years now, and have always gone to other jewelers in the surrounding communities for my needs of fixing any clasps on necklaces, to soldering a ring. I had my wedding ring cleaned and supposedly«re-soldered» at another location and approximately 3 – 4 weeks later the soldering came apart. I have had my ring for 10 years, and was not happy that it did this, after I had JUST had it corrected, or so it seemed. I figured I would give T & H a shot since they were a local business. I am GLAD I DID! The guys were VERY knowledgeable and not only said they could fix it, but offered other suggestions I could decide from to make sure I’d be happy with the result. I went with the more expensive of the suggestions and am not disappointed I did. My ring also had 3 – 4 loose diamonds that weren’t checked previously, and one of the prongs was bent. If I had not come to this hidden little business place, I would still be trying to figure out a solution. It may be a small shop but everyone was quick to assist and very friendly! Thanks so much and I am so glad to say I have piece of mind now that my ring won’t fall apart and will last for years to come!
