I have always used Sears Appliance repair for our major appliances. I have never been happy with them but I guess I knew what to expect and they have been available every place I have lived. So… I called them on Monday, December 21 when our 4-year old washer wouldn’t finish draining. Fortunately as it turns out, Sears couldn’t send somebody until after Christmas. With a house full of guests, waiting until after the holidays wasn’t a good option, so I searched for an alternative and found Sebastian’s Appliance Repair.
They came out the next morning. They identified the problem (a bad pump) and fixed it all within an hour. They were punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and did the job right. I now have a new go-to company for appliance repair because I am very pleased with the service we got from Sebastian’s.

When the washer stopped working (no agitation, wouldn’t drain), I called Sebastian based on other Unilocal reviews. Within an hour of arriving, he had diagnosed and fixed the problem (he had the part in his truck) for a very reasonable price. What a difference it makes to have the right person for the job!

Sebastian fixed my broken 11 year old Kenmore washing machine today. Yesterday it would only fill with water but wouldn’t agitate, spin, or empty the water. I called him and he answered his phone himself (not an answering machine or answering service), asked me a few questions about what it was/wasn’t doing, told me what he thought was wrong, made the appointment for the following morning, showed up on time, had it diagnosed in a couple minutes, had the new part in his truck, installed it within 30 minutes. He showed me why the broken timer wasn’t making a connection like it should and he also took the time to show me how to do some routine cleaning/maintenance on the machine which I very much appreciated and have done/will keep doing. Thank you, Sebastian! I will definitely call you again when another appliance breaks.

I would highly recommend Sebastian’s! I called and he was out within a hour knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer and fixed it right away! I have been putting it off because usually it takes a whole day up waiting for a repairman to come out. And his prices where great too! Very happy to know he is right here in Dixon too!
