Newpane

OMG! This company is AWESOME! I just bought a house in Napa. Got 3 bids on windows — including one from a really reasonable company I had used prior in Sacramento.
Same windows, exact same job — saved 6k from my highest bid!
The entire process from bid to installation was easy, clean, and VERY PROFESSIONAL! I couldn’t be HAPPIER!

Decided to remodel a couple rooms in my house and upgrade my windows that newpane installed and as the contractor took out the windows they noticed how awful newpanes installation was. One window was held in only by the caulking around the outside of the window and the other window had scres only going into about ½″ of the frame. Do not get your windows installed by this company!!!

Hired Newpane to do a second job on my office building remodel project which replaced all the windows. The job went smoothly except for a minor miscommunication on one window. The installation quality was excellent and I will probably hire them on my next project involving windows.

I called to get a second quote because one local company had quoted me what turned out to be really junky windows. New Pane’s owner, Michael, told me that even if I didn’t use them, I should still not go with the first company’s quote. He was honest and helpful, and I felt he really watched out for me. He even got me the Stimulus tax rebate — and I ended up paying less than that original quote, for way nicer windows! I was home when they came out to install windows– the group worked really fast and was done in four hours. I had no dirt in the house or other issues. They were fantastic. I recommend them to everyone now. Two of my aunts had used them and loved them before, also.

We came home one day to discover a golf ball had broken one of our windows. It was a BIG window. We contacted Newpane and they discussed the various types of glass we could use to replace the window and the associated prices. Once ordered they promptly came and replaced the window and took away the old one. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with.
In the interest of full disclosure, we know the owner from years of working out together at the Davis Athletic Club. A very nice guy.
