Distinctive Real Estate Services

We have used Century 21 DRES (presently our rep is Jack Green) Distinctive Real Estate Services DRE #1 154 787 for years. We are from California, we are military and live in another state (s), and have kept our house in Dixon. Fortunately the home we own has not had any major issues over the years. Now that we are trying to contact our property management company about something, we realize that they are the most unresponsive service company that we have ever dealt with. No one answers the phone and leaving a voice mail does not get a phone call returned. No one answers e-​mails. I did speak with their accountant 3 weeks ago about a tax form we need, and she said she would get the forms to us right away. We still do not have them. We have a good relationship with our current tenant and they have the very same opinion of this company and they contact us directly. You have a choice about who to use for your property management needs, do not use this company.
