I took my kids here for hair cuts… no appt but they were able to cut their hair within 30 minutes of getting there. Tuesday is junior discount day so $ 4 off for kids! Quick, not expensive and they were great with my kids.

I had a wash and blow-​dry and was charged a whopping $ 31.00.The manager used a small/​mini hairdryer (not even a professional hair dryer) so it took a long time to dry. She used one small brush and when she was done it didn’t even look like it was styled. It was a total waste of time and money. I was very disappointed, especially since I have an injury so I could not wash it myself.

Very satisfied with my haircut. The woman who helped me gave me just what I wanted and was very friendly and talkative to make the experience of getting a haircut much less dull.

MICHELLE W. cut my hair today for the first time and I am so happy with the outcome! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and explained my hair concerns (dry, frizzy and tends to get heavy and full at the sides). She was on the mark with how to cut my hair to minimize these issues. At one point, she asked me to check her work so that she can address any areas that I would like her to touch up. She also shared her knowledge on the various oil treatments that are good for my hair condition and I plan to follow her recommendations!
To sum up, she is very personable, listens attentively to what a customer wants and then delivers to meet your request. In my case, she completely exceeded my expectation and hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had at a Supercuts (I’ve been to numerous salons throughout the Bay Area). WAY TO GO, MICHELLE!

Had my hair cut here yesterday and the young lady who served me did an amazing job.
My hair is long, and frizzes a lot and is very difficult to control. This girl (wish I knew her name) listened to what I wanted, and quickly and efficiently cut my hair in the best possible way for my hair type.
A bargain at the price. Would have happily paid double because the job was so good.

I work for Safeway on the same plaza. Usually get my haircuts during my lunch hour. Short waiting time. Like their professional style, personal attention. All of them are very friendly and courteous. Always get lots of compliments on my haircuts! Highly recommend this place.

I moved to discovery bay first of February, since then I have been using super cuts for my self and my family. As one of the reviewers mentioned, it’s a quick cut, nothing fancy. I experienced some issues before but it wasn’t worth a review. But now it is:
They have a computerized system that you self check in your self, I did that, then the lady told me it is going to be about 15 minutes as she just started a guy and the second lady had a girl. I said ok, I will check Safeway and comeback before the 15 minutes and she agreed.
When I came back, both were finishing up their clients, so I thought to me self good now it is mem. But I was surprised when the first one finished, she called a guy she knows without checking the system as I definitely before him. I thought maybe she considered the other lady to do me. Then the other lady finished and called someone else as well without checking their system. So I stood up, no one cared and left.
I had to call them back to tell them this is disrespectful and I will never come back me and my family, obviously they have enough customers that they didn’t care. So I promised my self to make sure everyone knows they will not care about you unless they personally know u, and then u will be served ahead of someone they don’t know. Their system is a big fancy lie.
Don’t go there so they learn to respect their clients.

My boyfriend gets his hair cut here because it’s really close & they’re fast! He doesn’t get anything fancy, just really short sides, faded into a little bit longer on top, but does look good & only takes about 10−15min.
The women are always really nice here & there has never been a wait or any kind of line, it’s always instant service here! Which is great because he’s usually in a hurry anyway & needs a haircut before he goes somewhere! They’ve never messed up or made any mistakes, but lucky for guys. Even if did, it would only take a week or two to grow out & fix! So unfair!
Highly recommended place for guys to get their hair cut at!

Every time i come here no matter who i get this supercuts always gives me a good hair cut
I went to a barber for 15 years and wouldnt ever consider going anywhere else
so i live in dbay and am happy i discovered this place

I went to the Super Cuts in Discovery Bay about a month and a half to two months ago after coming home from the one in Dublin and deciding I actually didn’t like the cut I got (my fault, not theirs). They were VERY friendly and they gave me the exact cut I wanted free of charge even after I told them that it really was my fault because I thought I liked it.
