Tasty tasty rib rub! Spicy, smoky, and sweet! Can’t wait for the rub to come out. Same flavoring for the smoked beans :). C ate most of a half rack (sans rub ;)). Super nice people, thanks Jack and Rose! And the Kick’s pastry chef joins them on weekends. Woot! They’re just getting started, so give them a try! At the Wild Idol tonight — biker bar! I’d definitely seek them out again! My only critique is that I’d wish the ribs would be a little fattier and I’d be curious to try the rub with Golden Gate Meat’s baby backs!!!
