Pizza Hut

Never ordering from here again. Got two cold, likely undercooked pizzas and some delightful food poisoning. My boyfriend and I have both spent the day hovering over the toilet. Thank you kindly Pizza Hut.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to. I ordered my pizza online and my confirmation was emailed to me so I know I ordered it correctly. I ordered a large garlic knot crust, honey Sriracha sauce, extra sauce, grilled chicken, spinach, diced tomatoes, mediterranean black olives, and bacon. I waited nearly 2 hours for the pizza and I got the pizza with no sauce (I ordered extra) and no diced tomatoes. I paid $ 25.97 and tipped the driver $ 5.00. They charged me for everything I ordered, but left a couple important ingredients off the pizza… A DRY and COLD pizza I’ve been watching my diet and I finally broke and ordered this pizza after craving it for 2 weeks… HUGE disappointment so I called the location in Dickinson I spoke to Richey he stated he was the manager. He offered another pizza I replied I waited for this one for nearly 2 hours and he said I’ll getcha next time, I’ll getcha next time. I replied I will call again tomorrow. There will not be a next time. Calling again tomorrow to speak with another manager. This is ridiculous you are a pizza shop and you can’t get that correct. I do not recommend this place and I will not be returning and I will tell as many people about this because this is so wrong. Frankly I could have done better myself I guess I will break out the pizza stone to do my own!

This store consistently has the best pizza around. The marinara is perfect and the meatballs are small bits of heaven. Never had meatballs on a pizza, your loss. The Hershey’s brownie will melt in your mouth with an explosion of chocolate goodness. Give this hut a try, you won’t be sorry.

Good delivery time and pizza was nice and hot. Delivery guy was very customer friendly. Had not used in a while based on a few bad experiences. May give another opportunity.

It now located next door. Placed on line order for take out. Arrived and was told they didn’t have the diced tomatoes for our pizzas. No attempt to contact me was made. They charge for red pepper and Parmesan. .75 and .96 respectively. I have never seen that before. The pizza was so so. Won’t go back again, papa johns is closer and we have always been happy there. So much for trying someplace different.

We ordered $ 50 worth of pizza for my birthday. Normally we go with domino’s and our food arrives quickly and hot, but tonight we wanted stuffed crust so we ordered online from pizza hut. The order was supposed to arrive (according to their website) nearly an hour later at 8:59 PM. It was almost 9:30 PM when we received it. It was cold and the cheese was hard. I called to let them know and manager Richie was extremely rude until I told him I didn’t want anything for free. We will buy DiGiorno next time we want three cheese stuffed crust pizza. At least it will have cheese on it.
