This is the first and only time I’ve used this cleaners and it will be the last time I use this establishment. The store hours are posted as closing at 7 o’clock. I even called to verify. I arrive at 6:50 and the store clerk won’t even give me my alterations because she said they always close 15 minutes early. If you’re not staying open till 7 pm like your store hours state then you need to post whatever hours you are really going to be open to accept customers otherwise you just waste peoples gas to get here before you close. And out of courtesy, if they call to verify your hours maybe you should tell them we stopped accepting customers 15 minutes early

Worst cleaners ever!!! They lost one of my husband’s $ 100 Nat Nast shirts at the end of August and still haven’t reimbursed me (as of November 23) even though I filed an immediate loss claim. Every time I contact them all I get is excuses and to wait «one more week» for the check. This has been going on for 3 months. I really don’t see how they even stay in business if this is how they treat their long time customers when they make a mistake. Luckilly there are other dry cleaners out there who will now get my business.
