I am so glad i found this place. Neeru is the best… Went here for a facial and a hair cut. She did an amazing job. Felt so fresh and relaxed after the facial… She did a great job for the hair cut. She listens to me and suggests what is good for my skin. Will definitely go back. I highly recommend this place

I used to get bikini waxes here all the time, but then it just got expensive. But I still come to get my eyebrows threaded and recently I started getting them tinted. They always thread them amazingly! Never too thin and always with good shape! I really liked the tinting too. It took a few days to get used to the color but I really like it now!

I really really wanted to like this place because it is so close to my house and has so many amazing reviews, but I left feeling very dissatisfied and not worth the money I paid.
I came in here to cut my hair and get an ombré dye job, and I left with a nice looking haircut, but definitely not an ombré dye job. I wanted to get a dark blond to brown ombré, but I ended up with blond hi lights on the top layers of my hair and only the middle layer has the tips of my hair remotely blond and my bottom layer of hair has just my natural color. I even brought in multiple pictures of what I wanted but it still did not come out right. I felt very rushed to get out of there too because there were people waiting but only one woman working. I don’t think I will come back here for anymore dye jobs, but maybe for the treading one day.

I’ve been going to Neeru for at least a year now, and she never disappoints. She’s super quick and is very accommodating with your schedule. I hope to see her more regularly and keeping up with my waxing needs!

Neeru is the best at her job. She listens carefully to your needs for haircut and works accordingly. I like her style of cutting. She is very amicable and polite. The rates are reasonable too. You should try this salon if you haven’t yet.

Neeru is a gem of a person. My sister has been going to her for about 5 years. I just recently move from out of state and looking for a new stylist is always crazy scary for me. It’s a bit of a drive from Rancho Cucamonga but it is so well worth the drive. Neeru did an awesome job on my color. I was able to go on off hours and she took her time with me. Knowing it’s a Sunday and I am sure she would like to enjoy her Sunday. I have found my stylist and will come back. I highly recommend them. Such lovely ladies.

I once wrote a glowing review for their waxing services here, but I have to redact it. I love supporting local businesses and salons but I ended up with health problems due to the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of this place. They definitely double-​dip the wax and the room isn’t the most sanitary environment. I’ve ended up with infections from getting a brazillian wax here. That’s not to say all their waxing done here is unsanitary, I’m sure it’s probably safe to wax your legs or face, but I definitely don’t recommend a brazillian here any longer. You get what you pay for, and $ 35 seemed too good to be true, and it was.
I don’t mean to wish ill on anyone and Neeru is a wonderful lady, but from my personal experience, brazillian waxes from here ended up causing health problems. Proceed with caution.

I must say that I only came here to see Dalaina Now that she’s gone… I’m out!

I definitely recommend coming here! I’ve been coming to get my eyebrows threaded by Neeru for months now and they look amazing everytime. She’s such a sweet lady and always makes time for customers even at her busiest! It’s such a nice shop and the ladies that work there are super nice and friendly. I recommend calling before coming in incase they have other appointments. You’ll be happy you came!

Super convenient & affordable place to go for a wax. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. Keep in mind, at this price-​point, you get what you pay for. The facilities itself isn’t the nicest or cleanest looking… and they do not pluck afterwards.
TIP: Call ahead for your services, as they may leave earlier than their listed hours. On the other hand, they will also stay later for you, if needed.

Dalaina is great, I needed a change today and she cut beautiful long layers and added some great gold highlights. She takes her time to explain the process to her clients and ensure they agree with the outcome.

I love this place!!! Neeru takes such good care of her customers! I always come here for all my waxing and threading needs. She’s is precise and quick, which works for a busy girl like myself. I’ve been going to her for years and she always finds time to pencil me in on a day’s notice and she’ll even take me late in the evening around 6pm when I get out of work late.
I love how flexible Neeru is and her daughter also does a great job as well. I’ve had her do my brows a few times when Neeru isn’t around and I’m still a happy customer.
If you’re looking for a great threading/​waxing job at a reasonable price, look no further and come here!

This review is for Dalaina and the color she did on my hair. I called the number on Unilocal and asked for an appointment the next morning but wasn’t sure what I wanted. I met with Dalaina the next day and we spend a good 20 minutes just talking about what colors I should stay away from and what colors I should do. I came in with naturally ash brown hair with a blonde ombré and a touch of pink on the tips. We did many processes to remove the pink, to get rid of the ombré, and to do highlights and lowlights. I spent a good 3 hours in there but it was worth it. Dalaina’s prices were relatively cheap for the amount of work she did and she offers student discounts. Thanks Dalaina for being super informative and for giving me my awesome hair. I’ll see you soon.

This review is for eyebrow threading
No girl ever wants ratchet eyebrows, and this is where I go when I’m looking suspiciously ugly (then I realize I need to get my eyebrows back on point)
I don’t have a particular person to go to because whoever is working does an equally good job as the last person
I come here on Mondays and Tuesday’s for the $ 2 off Unilocal check in for students! That means it’s only $ 6 without tip! At that price I should be going every week!

I really wanted to like this place! It’s close to my house and has affordable pricing for waxing services. However, the waxer double-​dips. The first time I came here, she told me she was using the last of the wax in the cup and that it was only for me, so she was going to double-​dip and I should not be afraid of infection. I bought her story. The next time I returned, she double-​dipped again! Hmm … :(The other con is that I’ve gotten some of the messier and slower waxes here. Just pretty uncoordinated and awkward, with wax all over the place.
The one pro is that the waxer removes your hair completely, by the root. However, I am still on the lookout for a good Brazilian place in the Brea/​Fullerton area.

I don’t thrive to write a bad review for anyone. But thoughts have crossed my mind few times and I believe its best to share in hopes others may receive improved experience. I went in last Saturday, first timer there.
The threading lady was behind her schedule, there was three girls waiting in front of me when the lady rushed in and put her purse down and immediately getting to work. I can’t be mad for her tardiness. But I was bothered when i caught her phone ringing and she would answer in middle of threading session.
Getting to the point, it was finally my turn to be in her chair. I’ve gone threading in different places but she was rough and i was scared for my life that she would cut me. And, yes — she cut me.
Her thread kept breaking and her sharp nails were carving into my skin.
A thread broke and I felt a snap, and from a sharp pain, i Unilocaled. She said sorry immediately and went on to finish, and I was late to my lunch meeting so I rushed out and checked my scar from rear mirror while driving away.
I understand accident could happen, but I believe she should of been honest and at least try to motion for better customer service.
Really regretting the tips I gave her.

Need your eyebrows threaded? Need a great haircut? Go HERE! I’m actually reviewing this place based on 3 visits. The first two visit were threading services. I had Neeru first who was awesome! She was able to shape my eyebrows perfectly! Next visit was with someone else who I didn’t catch her name but she was decent. Maybe it was because we were both in a rush. She was on her way out and I still had errands to do. I just plopped in her chair and said clean and shape please.
And the third visit… Scheduled an appointment for my daughter who desperately needed a haircut with Dalaina who was wonderful. She was so easy to speak to and very flexible in her schedule. When we arrived She spoke to my daughter as to what she wanted her haircut since she was unsure. Bangs or no bangs. She was full of great information and advice! I’m so glad she did because I know I wouldn’t have heard the end of it if my kid didn’t like it. The price was awesome as my daughter had long hair and we are used to spending $$$ on just getting a trim. Definitely can’t go wrong here! Going to Neeru for eyebrows and Dalaina for haircuts… My and my girls are all set! Definitely dropping Toni&guy!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID WAXING AT THIS PLACE! INFECTION WILL SCAR YOU FOR LIFE! THIS PLACE HAS NOOOO HYGENE! 4 month after getting a bikini wax at this place, my area is still undergoing terrible, never-​seen-​before-​massive ingrowns and painful infections.
It wasn’t my first time getting a bikini wax but I definitely don’t wax as frequent as some other people. Long story short, I came here because my normal go-​to place wasn’t picking up the phone call. Basically she 1. Double dipped all the way; 2. No pre-​trimming at all; 3. Made a bloody mess on my bikini area that I never experienced before, and claim that there was «no bleeding at all»; 4. Did not clean up any left over hair afterward. She charged the same as my usual go-​to place PLUS a $ 10 tip. ALSO, she makes it really awkward if you jerk a bit or make any sound as she removes the waxing stripes because «it scares her».

I got home and did my usual after-​wax clean & care routine. On the next day I noticed massive, painful red swellings around the area, so I thought to myself, oh maybe my skin is being really sensitive this time, and continued with life. The next couple of days the swellings developed into giant pustules and, let’s say, are extremely painful and gross. I thought I contracted herpes, freaked out and checked with doc but turned out it wasn’t herpes (thanks god). Another few days passed, I noticed terrible ingrowns appearing on my bikini area AS WELL.
The hell continued for 4 months until this day, and my skin has since badly scarred from all the infections and ingrowns so much that there’s no point of getting another waxing ever again. The area is so ugly disgusting with all the scars, dents and pigmentation why even bother make it hairless.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone and I WILL NOT RETURN ever in my life. Avoid this place like plague, or smallpox, or the Ebola, or whatever that kills you.

Came here on a random Saturday morning with my friend (yes, her again) to get our armpits waxed. neither of us had done it before! It was only like $ 10, so I figured I’d get it done even though I expected it to be similar to my normal pits since I pluck. Is this too much information for Unilocal?Oh well, just being honest lol… anyways, it was so smooth after. She finished in like five minutes and although I was a bit ticklish, she ripped it off really quickly and there was no residual wax so it was really smooth and felt so nice afterwards. and no black dots either!
For $ 10, it was cheaper than what I expected. not like I knew what price to expect. Both the ladies were really nice :) would come back if I ever decided to wax again!
