Great photography on Paul’s end but overall communication with Roberta was frustrating to say the least. Just to get my appointment scheduled I had called and emailed several times before being able to book my session. Prices were higher than some insurance policies! Example: $ 59 for one 8×10 OR one 5×7 OR one 4×6 (Not sure how they can charge the same price for different sizes) Prices weren’t even given to me until hours before my «review» appointment which was rescheduled when I called to confirm the time because she had sent me 2 emails with different times listed. I was also expected to make any and all decisions that day. If I wanted to take time to deliberate I would miss out entirely on my photos even if the session portion was paid well in advance. I found it rude that they could reschedule on me once they were paid but I couldn’t take a couple days after finally seeing what pics were taken to decide what I wanted to keep for life. I was also told I would get my pics either later that afternoon or the following Monday but that didn’t happen. I left their place of business in tears having to turn away from so many of my daughter’s first birthday pics all because I was new to the area and could not find any other indoor studio. when I did get my pics, I was one short and two of them were not the ones I asked for but didn’t complain because Paul does such great work that I was happy with what I got regardless. Just absolutely frustrating that I was completely ignored and brushed off repeatedly.”

Beware of this studio, the owner Roberta Staske is terribly rude and unprofessional, her mini model search is a total scam, she lied about the whole event and when confronted with her deceits and lies became very antagonistic and even more rude! Her lack of integrity and honesty clearly shows thru in her personality!!!
