The Albert – Capitol Park

Terrible first impression. My boyfriend and I scheduled an appointment to view a unit, which we were very eager to see as we just started our search for apartments downtown. When we arrived, the lady responsible for showing us the apartment was not there. Let me mention that my boyfriend and I used our lunch hour to make this visit. After some confusion we were told that our appointment was at 1:00pm instead of 12:00pm. I would never schedule an appointment at 1:00pm because we would not be able to make it. Anyways, the front desk man asked if we wanted to come back later or another day — we said no — we had to get back to work. I asked if there was anyone else in the entire building that could show us the apartment… The man went to check and came back to inform us that there wasn’t anyone available and the units weren’t even in the condition to be shown yet… so why did the woman schedule the appointment with us in the first place? Overall, we were extremely frustrated with how the situation was handled. We are no longer interested in The Albert.
