Very unprofessional. No one ever answers the phone and not open during posted salon hours, even while the «open» sign is lit.

A surprising find in the midst of Detroit! My friend and I really wanted to get our nails done but didn’t want to make the hike out to the burbs where salons are everywhere left and right. So, we used our Unilocal-​ing skills and found T&T in a plaza on Lafayette near I-​75. The prices are reasonable and there are plenty of options that you can ask for. We ended up just getting pedicures and an eyebrow wax. The interior isn’t super new and the equipment is a bit messy and unkept, but the service is friendly and my nails still haven’t chipped and it’s a miracle because nail polish never stays on my nails. They have a wide variety of color selections but I was disappointed there weren’t more OPI and higher brand name polishes as most salons are stocked with. There were more guys working on nails than I’ve ever seen in a salon but their work is efficient and pretty on point. Glad we decided to come and if we are in the area again next time a spontaneous spa trip comes up, we will be coming back.

I didn’t get the nail tech’s name, but he was good. Was in the area for work and needed to get my nails done in a bad way… I read another review where they said to ask for Michael, but he only does manicures :(my tech was great though, he really took his time and made my gel overlay look flawless! He understood exactly what I was asking for (even though I was a little indecisive…) and was very gentle (because I’m a sensitive brat!). Even after I was finished, he made sure I was completely happy with my nails. I got lots of compliments on my new red nails! I always get the gel overlay and rarely have problems with chipping, but these are chipping a little, my job may be to blame. One complaint though, their hand washing station can be a little cleaner. They were busy when I got there, so they may not have noticed, but that was the only thing I saw wrong. I would defiantly go back!

Don’t go! They did a decent job on my hands and feet problem is… The cheapest no name crap polish on the planet and NO sterilization in sight! No licenses of any kind on display! Yeah they were packed but somebody catch something! Don’t be that girl!

My sister and I went on a holiday so that may have changed things but there was a long wait to be assisted. Our nails came out really well. Tia had an amazing attention to detail and Van did a good job as well. Both of them could have been a little more social, however would not say either was rude. The prices were good, mani and pedi only 35. Would visit again for sure! hopefully its not the same long wait.

As a discerning New Yorker who used to get a weekly mani-​pedi without fail (& for only $ 25!) — I felt at loss when I first moved to Detroit and began trying to find my nail spot.
After trying countless nail salons in the burbs (Studio Nail in RO coming in 2^nd place). I finally found a very simple but marvelous spot right in my own backyard: T&T Nail.
And it’s a solid $ 35 for a mani-​pedi every single day.
David is my nail guy. He’s sweet, funny and does a great job! Everyone does a great job though… I’m yet to have a bad experience.
The chairs are comfy, plush with pleasant massage functions. There’s a couple flat screen TVs playing Law & Orders, cooking shows or some cheesy daytime movie. It’s very open and spacious, with clean floors & bathroom.
There’s a young vietnamese girl (the one with perfect brows) who does fantastic waxing of brows. and she has the most beautiful lashes! Apparently she does that too!
Located in Lafayette Park, T&T is always buzzing. The wait times can be rough– so I go first thing in the AM. or between 2−5pm on weekdays.
