This is for their delivery service. I have never been in the store. We always order online which is really convenient and a great way to track your order. They also have some great coupons to choose from. The food always arrives fast and warm and the drivers are always pleasant. We switched to Domino’s after another downtown pizza franchise kept getting our orders wrong. We switched to this Dominoes over a year ago I will keep ordering from them. I love the pizza and the sandwiches.

Order sat at store for over an hour while their driver had a flat. I called to see what was going on and was assured that my pizza would not be cold. It was cold and dried out. Worse delivery I’ve ever had. Also two slices had nothing but sauce on them so I’m not sure about the«quality check». They could easily have remade the pizzas and I would have forgiven the lateness as «life happens».

Ordered my gluten free pizza online… had a great time with the website. So interactive, great lay out. My colleagues and I enjoyed watching the ‘pizza is being prepared’, ‘pizza is in the oven’, ‘pizza is being checked for quality’ on the website, ‘pizza is on the way!‘ The pizza arrived promptyl according to the estimated time by the driver that the website cited would bring it. Who knew pizza delivery could be personalized so much. Great way to kill time in the office while awaiting the arrival of lunch. The gluten free pizza was good. $ 23 for a SMALL pizza and pop to be delivered is outrageous… I guess that’s just the life of someone gluten free? Over paying for bread for life… when the pizza craving hits you bite the bullet I guess. I emailed the customer care with regards to the prices… $ 15 for a small gluten free 3 topping pizza is crazy in comparison to an $ 11 small with the option of cheaper pizza’s when you order more… order more then one gluten free… expect to pay the smae price for each. Try finding a coupon for it… not a chance. Appreciate dominoes venturing into the realm of gluten free — but why must manufacturers rip us off b/c of our dietary restrictions. Sure, I understand there are special requirements to prepare our food– but if the price is right, and the taste is great… it’ll pay off in the volume of orders. Anyways, when I emailed Domino’s about their prices… they simply kept requesting what store /location I ordered from so the franchisee could resolve the issue. Domino’s prices aren’t really at the discretion of the franchisee… I responded to the emails regardless, but they kept on requesting the same information — so I guess their email reply option doesn’t work? Overall… good gluten free pizza, over priced but good. Excellent service though –corporate online response — crap. I’m sure they will improve it. At least I hope so… I’d like to order more often… but at $ 15 for a personal pizza… that’s a little steep. Maybe a medium for that price?
