Very disappointed in my massage at this spa. First time visiting. Masseuse was nearly 15 min late with no apologies(yet spa asks you to arrive 15 min early to fill out a brief one page form that did not appear to be read). Masseuse asked about trouble areas but did not appear to adjust the massage based on this info. I had signed up for deep tissue. After the first 10 minutes of feeling no pressure I debated asking her to increase the pressure. Who likes to complain when lying there vulnerable. I have never had to ask. But I knew I would kick myself later for not communicating. Usually the masseuse asks if the pressure is okay. So I finally asked and was told she was still warming up my muscles. I stayed silent the rest of the time and noticed no increase in pressure. I left feeling like I just paid $ 130(tip was already included – first time I have experienced this when getting a massage) for someone to rub lotion on me for 50 minutes. Priced high. No communication. Not a deep tissue massage. Masseuse seemed put-out. On the upside, the front desk employee was friendly. There was another masseuse there, Jason, who seemed more friendly and communicative.

A true«spa» experience. Everyone is so nice, professional and accommodating. We had a girls’ spa day with the haute couture facial, massage and mani-pedi. It was very relaxing!
