This park is cute. I really enjoy going out on the pier at sunset to watch the dolphins play in the harbor. I love the Spanish moss on the trees, the open green space, and the secluded feeling that this park offers.

While Destin is surrounded by beautiful beaches, sometimes you crave greenery and shade. Clement Taylor Park is one of the best places for this.
The park, while located on the water, has lots of both sunshine and shade. The oaks and Spanish moss provide cover for your suntanned behind, while the open grass, sand volleyball court and fishing pier all facilitate fun in the sun for you Emo-​types who could use a little pigment. In addition, the park has a sizable playground, a large covered pavilion, benches, picnic tables, charcoal grills, bathrooms and a public shower (the kind where everyone can see you, so sand and sweat only, please).
Dogs, alcohol and glass aren’t allowed, but otherwise this is a great place for some peace and quiet or to bring the family.
