Hole in the wall that’s really good! I read the reviews and wasn’t sure given the looks of the place but the reviews are on point! Get the tater tots instead of the fries! I regretted not getting them after I tried my husband’s.

We were on route from Phoenix to San Leandro and we’re starving driving down 10. I opened up the Unilocal app and wanted to have something more authentic than fast food and that is exactly what I got. Service was excellent and the food was phenomenal.

Thank you Unilocal for helping us find this completely off the beaten path restaurant. The staff and service was EXCEPTIONAL. The meals were budget friendly. Our food was fresh and delightful! I would recommend the Margarita Diablo. The Philly Cheese steak was AWESOME. I preferred the tator tots over the onion petals.
As you drive up, you may feel a bit sceptical. However, once you step inside I think you’ll find you feel comfortable and right at home.

This place is great! I got the cheeseburger special. Glad I did. The burgers are great and the prices are more than reasonable.
I ordered a second burger and fries it was that good.
The atmosphere is the best part of the place. You got your two guys in the back shooting pool and playing a little Merle Haggard on the juke box. A few locals sitting at the bar killing some time and shooting the breeze.
The service was top notch. I couldn’t finish a Diet Coke before my next refill hit the table.
I had fun just kicking back enjoying my meal.
The next time I am in the area I am coming back. It’s a little of the beaten path but worth a visit.
Most people would call this place a dive judging from the outside. But check it out. I don’t think you’ll regret it.

DHS has never been a place i would recommend to purposely travel to or thru but bc of circumstances outside our control we were there dealing with a storage prospect & we were HANGRY. We began looking for a place to grub in DHS, very apprehensive to even make the attempt to try a place out (after our horrible experience at IStorage) but we absolutely have no regrets !! This is sooooooooo our type of dive.
Food was so good, prices completely reasonable, strong– large drinks again reasonably priced.
The outdoor area is creative & fun and inside just as cool. I can’t say we won’t be making special trips here on the motorcycle just bc we want to come back to this treasure.
The bartender was super cool. We are now happy with full bellies & a to go box!

My favorite bar. I go atleast once a week of not more. Jameson, Britney and Yvette are always super friendly and it feels homey. Thanx guys. The food is excellent. i recommend the tots and onion pedals. Great salads and burgers. The best part is they always have my 805. Awesome entertainment especially me, myself and I. Good times and great people. Love you guys keep up the awesomeness

Came here for the first time while out visiting some friends who live in the area. The food was delicious! Best Fried Zuchinni and Onion Petals Ive had! The Burgers were super delicious as well! The owners were Awesome and very friendly! Has a nice laid back family type atmosphere also had some live music going on which the guy singing had a nice music style. Deffinately a nice local spot for good food and drinks! Will definitely be back!

Don’t be discouraged by the outside. This is a Super dive bar! We had the jalapeño margarita– not too sweet, good spice. Burgers were flavorful, moist and had a perfect crunch on outside. Chicken wings were the best we have ever had– could they be better than Gabriel’s Gate? Or Duff’s? Yes, these are the wings to get outside of Buffalo. Chicken soup was very good. This is our new tradition after off-​road rentals!

Great little find in Palm
Springs. You should go! We loved it — very clean and we really enjoyed talking to owner, Jamison! It’s interesting that this is a place that you wouldn’t walk into without Unilocal reviewers! We
were delightfully surprised! I had the burger (with bacon as suggested by another reviewer) and my husband had the Philly cheesesteak and a few nice IPAs. We both really enjoyed it and would certainly go back if we were in the area. We visitors Atlanta and are vacationing in Palm Springs.

Curious where the oldest building in Desert Hot Springs is? Well, according to the sign in the men’s room, it’s here at Dillon’s.
Found this spot looking for a good check-​in offer nearby the Chevron. I thought for sure we can’t go wrong with 20 off here. Turns out it’s a super good deal at full price! Super friendly and welcoming. Low key. Clean. Good simple cheeseburgers for cheap! $ 3 drafts! Using the 20 off «almost» made me feel guilty.
Cool road trip diversion.

Stopped in here after a long day in Joshua Tree and on our way back to our hotel in Desert Hot Springs. We split their cheeseburger special, which can’t be beat. Awesome burgers, though a little greasy. I added bacon and it was perfectly crisp (a must in my book). Friendly patrons and bartender and the service was fast (including the food). Oh and yes, you have to get the onion petals. Can’t wait until we’re back in the area to eat here again because this was a great dive bar. I hear they also have some awesome music, which we can’t wait to check out.

Had a great time hangen out drinken beers with my brother in law one night.
Brought the wives back and the bartenders were very accommodating with sweet girly drinks and the beers were still great !!
Fun dive bar in my local aria where I can go to shed off any hard day full of my own special customers…

I love this joint! Friendly casual atmosphere with good food and generous pours. French fries = perfectly crisp and salty. Onion pedals = yum! Jalapeño burger is my personal favorite. Free Bingo on Thursday nights with fabulous prizes (bar credit)!

This place is awesome! I understand they have music and karaōke nites. I came on a Monday so it was light on attendance but they have an awesome special! Buy one Burger get one free. Ice tea is good. They have double ipa, which my husband loves. No complaints here. Staff is cool! Funky location.

Great place to grab a cold drink in the hot desert. Little local place with pool, pinball, and a jukebox. Awesome service, strong drinks, good beer. Great dinner specials. I’m having steak and lobster for $ 8 tonight. Just shut up and show up, you won’t be sorry.
