Very expensive and sales people are not consistent with their sales pitch.
I am in sales too.
After you say «no» Someone calls from corporate saying” they will sharpen their pencil”. They send out a different guy and the price went higher. They don’t know what they are doing regarding selling and these doors must be made of gold.

On the repair side:
Please beware of this company due to they do not stand behind their products. It takes them forever IF it even happens to have someone come out to satisfy their customers.
They will tell you that installs (new customers) will ALWAYS take priority over you.
Service appointments are few and far in between if they even exist.
I will never ever buy another product from these people and will never refer anyone to them.
On the new purchase:
We ordered a screen door replacement 2 years ago and I’m not exaggerating, it has finally arrived and we are told if we want it delivered/​installed it could be months, and they won’t even commit to a date!
Stay away from this place.

Windows were great and came in within a couple of weeks when we ordered them in 2002. But now I’ve been waiting since June 2012 for a replacement for my outer window of my bathroom. It is January 2013 and they say this window is not ready still. Not sure if anyone even cares, after many many repeated phone calls. Always different promises of dates??? Customer service even called in November 2012, and still nothing has happened. And supposedly this are still under warranty.
