Let’s see how many candy related descriptor puns I can coat* this review with.
Last night was the first time I was seeing my boyfriend’s parents since June. I wanted to get them something nice since they always treat* us to dinner (trying to earn some brownie* points by being sweet*). I knew a box of chocolates would be the perfect gift.
It wasn’t hard* to tell that I had never been in the store before. The manager (appropriately dressed in a chef uniform) layered* every option for me, from cheapest to most expensive. Since I was given instruction to avoid certain pieces, it filled* me with joy knowing I could customize my own gift box.
You don’t have to be rich* to walk away with an ideal amount of gourmet goodies. This may sound nutty*, but I only spent $ 35 on 16 pieces of truffles. No sugar-​coating* here! I thought I was going to feel sour* about the price, but ended up feeling fine*. They worked within my budget; picking smaller pieces that would weigh less. The manager even added her own sprinkle* of charm by adding a festive fall ribbon & leaf to my box.
I would say my overall trip to Godiva was smooth*. The manager I worked with infused* the perfect amount of customer service in my experience. Nothing to be salty* about. I would drizzle* some more compliments, but that’s all I have for this review.

This is a really nice Godiva location. The staff is very friendly and it’s very clean. I bought an array of treats and they were all very good.

I was greeted by two very courteous cashiers. There was a little bit of a line and both employees immediately greeted me letting me know it would be just a couple minutes.
The customer in front of me struggled with English and I was so pleased to see how patient and helpful the cashiers were by reading her the menu and politely waiting for a response.
I ordered a shake for and some chocolate covered strawberries, everything was excellent.
I highly recommend this Godiva store for great gifts or just a quick snack.
