Pizza Hut

Just got a pizza delivered and it is inedible. Giant chunks of onions and lettuce with a few tomatoes and tiny bit of cheese. Also it was cold. It’s in the trash. Wasted 20 bucks.

I have been a Pizza Hut fan all of my life but the past few years I have found the taste and quality of their Pizza to be going down hill. I used to get a Pizza several times each month (minimum) but have reduced that down to several times a YEAR.
I ordered a Pizza today and the ONLY good thing about the experience was the cashier. He was very friendly and polite. The Pizza… GROSS. I ordered it with extra cheese and I can guarantee there was no EXTRA cheese, which I was charged for. The crust was gross. The sauce tasted like something cheap from a discount store, like watered down Ketchup. It was hot, but I picked it up and was waiting for it to come out of the oven.
Today was my very last Pizza Hut Pizza. I am done with Pizza Hut, no matter where in the USA I am.
On a side note should any Pizza Hut Management ever read this (yeah, fat chance of that happening)… Hey, pay your employees better. And turn down those damn phones. While I was waiting for my LAST Pizza the phone rang a lot and there were THREE different ringers going off for each call, each ringer louder than the last one. The noise was irritating and way over the top. How would YOU like to have to work in an environment like that all day, every day? After all, this Pizza Hut is either delivery or carryout only, not a dine in. Why do you feel there needs to be THREE ringers per phone call, each louder than the last? Do you hire only the hard of hearing or just prefer to torment your employees? Good grief !

I live 6 blocks away and my delivery was both late and stone cold. Not just «cool,» cold and gross. Sorry… Not sure there will be a second chance.
