3 years as a customer– always auto paying and always on top of everything– and today I wake up, view an email from them, log into my account and see that my car insurance DOUBLED for this upcoming year. I get hit in rush hour traffic– by a man who FAILED to yield, and I get found 50⁄50 at fault! So what does allstate do? They waive my deductible, send me a check for my «good driver» status. and then a couple months later my car insurance DOUBLES. This is absurd! An increase I TOTALLY understand, as I am in the business industry. BUTDOUBLED?! «There’s nothing we can do. Previously you had a 17% discount for being a good driver». THAT was their response. I’m APPALLED! HERESTHEPROBLEM. The fact that you discount good driver status, and not loyal customers– is ridiculous. I’m done, and I’m taking my business elsewhere. For 3 years I have been RAVING about how I FOUND The BEST insurance company. I was ecstatic because i had previous issues with other insurance companies– specifically liberty mutual and Amica. But you ruined our relationship and I’m so done. SODONE!

This company sticks it to commercial auto as hard as they possibly can it’s owned bye Joe Suozzo im a commercial auto holder and im looking elsewhere fast cause yes i may get behind a week or 2 but come on small business they should help i do always pay. Hopefully this All State Agent goes out of business fast they don’t know how to treat people especially small business
