Home Cheapo, as my parents so affectionately call it, is home to some great sales and not much else. The majority of what you buy here is made in China and handled extensively by Mexicans so by the time you get it expect it to be on it’s last legs, but I figure you knew that if you’re hitting home depot instead of Amazon or Lowe’s.
Some cool guys work here though, Like Kevin. Kevin is super cool and helpful. Kudos.

I’ve bought some truly horrible junk products here recently. It amazes me they can sell completely defective junk. Especially with their own distributed products. I’d shop elsewhere if they hadn’t put all the hardware stores out of business.

Right in downtown derby off of route 8. Great easy location to get to and from. Easy on easy off.

Portland, OR
Not sure how I feel about a big box store in downtown, but considering that it replaced an ageing factory that dated back at least a century to the last industrial revolution of CT then I guess it’s ok. Not to mention the fact that HD inspires and promotes renewal and renovation of houses which in this area can also be over 100 years old. I say, «viva la revolucion». Welcome to Derby.
