This place sucks. The staff seem incapable of providing anything resembling customer service. Their photography skills are mediocre at best and they misquote prices. The wait times are unacceptable. Avoid.

Booked an appointment and waited 55 minutes to get our picture taken. Then we waited another 55 minutes to view our pictures! Completely mismanaged. Photographer didn’t notice my sons shirt was unbuttoned and my sweater was messed up. Terrible. Only went there bc of a groupon given as a gift. Go to Target instead!

Ok, never been here. But my daughters college graduation photos by a professional photographer at her college turned out bad. So we decided to try picture people. We printed out a coupon which you can find online. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I was able to interact what background I wanted, poses, ect. The photos were more than what I expected. No pressure to buy more than what I wanted. I spent a total of $ 56.00. That was it. I couldn’t believe what the high schools and colleges photos that can run hundreds of dollars. Please save the money and come here. But before you do, here are some tips: write of list of who you want to give out photos, that will save from buying too many photos. Two: plan on what poses and backgrounds you want. That will save time and will add to organization. It’s all in the planning. The girls were great.

Never make an appt for a Friday towards the end of November. We arrived early for our appointment & still had to wait an hour to be photographed. Then we had to wait another 75 minutes in order to view the various poses. That’s the LAST time I do that. Walmart is a much better experience.
