The truck was at(inside, over by the Famous Daves cart) Coors field for the Rockies vs. Astros game on Memorial Day. I wanted something more interesting than a hot dog, so decided to give it a try. I had the beef with noodles. First, the positive: 1) You actually got a fair amount of food for $ 8(as much as you might in some Asian restaurants) 2) The beef was fairly tender, okay on the seasonings, and there was a generous amount of it. Now, the negative. 1) The noodles were extremely dense, under cooked, stuck to each other in a ball, and relatively flavorless. 2) The veggies were not good. If they were fresh, then they were just bad. If they were frozen, then this is just lazy food prep. The broccoli had an odd flavor. The other veggies were flacid and bland. This may not have been the worst Asian food I have ever had, but it was definitely the worst I have had in 2012. FYI, they normally take credit cards, but the machine was down, so it was cash only when I stopped by.
