Excellent costumer service. warmed welcome to the people going in and out of their store, I sense a good worker’s training in this store, when you come in they will surely greet you, that is one of the evidence a good costumer service, giving a due value to people that patronized your business. A big plus to me the clean environment and the outside tables. I come here every Saturday.

Today is December 18th I called this store at 7:45 three times with no answer. I called a fourth with a very unhappy Sandwich artist. The artist seemed disinterested and sounded like I was a waste of time. Also they sounded high, with slow speech and a very slow response. We were then disconnected I called another 8 times with no answer. This is the worst phone service I have ever experienced.

Poor customer service. Stood and waited for someone to appear from the back at a busy lunch hour. Then she rearranged shelves of bread while I am standing there to order. Just couldnt be bothered by someone wanting to order. Guess what if your customers are not important then there is no reason to have a restaurant. No customers equals no subway no job. This was yesterday around 1:30 pm.

I was forced to walk out while the lady was making my sandwich. She was drunk as a skunk. I know it’s New Year’s Eve, but do you really need to come to work completely canned? It was only 11:15 in the morning, only one employee in the store, and she was wasted, slurring words, stumbling around, she was way too impaired to even make a sandwich.

I usually enjoy a good sub sandwich, and in all fairness I did enjoy my sandwich. There wasn’t really anything wrong with it, but I was hungry. This little Subway has fairly limited seating. They’ve got some bar-type seating and a couple high-top tables. There are also two permanent outdoor picnic type tables as well. The sign for this place is actually currently broken and the lights are exposed. I guess it really isn’t a big deal, but it is indicative of the rest of the restaurant. I went in around 4:45 p.m. and maybe they just hadn’t got to cleaning up much after a lunch rush, but the place really needed a good wipe down and sweeping. The place needs a little TLC and I’m sure it would be a solid 4-star. I have forgotten how dang expensive Subway is now. Footlong Sub-Club with meal deal rang up at $ 10.61. In the future I’m more likely to visit a Chipotle or Qdoba than drop $ 10 for an average sandwich and drink. Doubt I’ll be back, but never know.

I like this Subway. It’s not often busy, it’s clean, the service is fast and having listened to several conversation between management and staff, you can tell the Managers take their job seriously and that turning out quality food is a legit concern.
