Crappy service and if you try to customize your order, they dont bother reading the order slip! We’ve been here three times on separate occasions and every frickin time they’ve made the sandwiches standard without any customization. I paid to have cheese on the sandwich and got none! They are fast but I want the sandwich I ordered not one that’s fast and wrong. I am never going back and there is a firehouse sub across the street. A little competition is going to put this place out of business.

I love love the beach club unwich. I crave it about once a week. It is also healthier cause it is no carb, wrapped in lettuce (instead of bread) with provolone, mayo tomato and avocado. Delicious!

Went in to order three sandwiches, and they were out of wheat bread. Seems like that’s something a sandwich shop would have… So I asked if I could get the sandwiches for my friends (didn’t know what they’d want since they couldn’t get the wheat they requested) on lettuce, another of their standard offerings, and get white bread separately in case they wanted that. They tried to charge me 2.00 each for 2 pieces of bread! I declined… then when my sandwiches were done the guy basically threw them at me. No «thank you», no nothing, just threw it in my hands and walked away. Absolutely horrible service.

I literally order jimmy johns all the time from this location. Usually great experience but today I am so annoyed at what I got. A dried hard sandwich! I would be embarrassed if I owned or managed this place. I hope you retrain employees on what quality product is and how to handle it if it’s not up to standard.

I called and ordered a veggie sub on Sunday July 12^th in the evening and the guy tells me there’s no cucumbers is that okay? So I say «oh are you all out?» And he says «no I just don’t have any sliced so I would have to slice one.» So I say well considering there’s only a couple veggies on there I would really appreciate it if you did. He got angry, and was mean about it. All I’m thinking is it only comes with a couple of veggies in the first place. That’s half the sand which lol If someone ordered a turkey sandwich would he say «sorry I haven’t sliced any turkey today, but we have it» Then my delivery came and the delivery man insists I never paid. The guy working at Jimmy johns took my credit card number twice. So he asks me to call them and verify. I do and the manager verifies and then he says «well you need to write my tip on this piece of paper then» and tears a piece from the bag. Never ordering from here again!!!

Not super fast delivery but was fast! Took about 15 minutes which is way fast than pizza or anything else we could have ordered. Our order was correct and for the price and convenience it’s worth it.

We love the sandwiches here but at this location the service is terrible. The customer service is terrible.

I have been a Jimmy’s fan for such a long time. No other sub shop satisfies like Jimmy johns when I get that craving.
This particular Jimmy Johns is close to home so it is an obvious choice.
Very convenient, fast, Delicious, fast, and consistent… and fast.
Order your sub and by the time you walk to the pick up side of the counter it is waiting for you.
Great for office lunches as well.

Ok, so you are on your way to a movie and decide to get a sandwich on the way. Say it’s 6:30 on a Friday night. So you go into the place and are greeted by tatted and pierced young boys who wanna know «What do you want?». After placing the order. I am treated to the wonderful sounds of metal chairs being dragged across concrete. Can’t wait to mop. Must do it now! Meanwhile, I watch a young man cleaning out the potato chip racks. His unique technique was to throw the large boxes down with a loud noise. He used a sweeping motion with his arm to throw all the bags of chips on the floor on order to wipe down the shelf. He then used a soccer style kick to reorder the types of chips on the floor. The sandwich builders were throwing things across the kitchen and everyone helped themselves to the soda machine. I wonder if this place has a manager?

I passionately love jimmy johns I’ve been a loyal customer for years now. That being said, jimmy johns is known or at least advertises for what? Delivery right?! We’ll I live within 3 miles of 4 separate Jimmy johns one of them being 1.3 miles away, yen none of them deliver to my building… Jimmy johns this is bull shit step your game up

The customer service at this location is amazing. I went in completely stressed out because Deli Zone was supposed to deliver an order of (5) lunches for me. I needed them there in less than 20 mins, although I had ordered them from GrubHub that morning, when Deli Zone called to inform me their driver quit & they were no longer able to deliver. Traveling down I-​25 not knowing what to do with such notice, I exited Hampden and Jimmy Johns made the (5) box lunches for me in less than 5 mins, along with a sandwich for me, and I wasn’t late for my meeting. The bread is super fresh, the ingredients great, & the price is reasonable. It’s clean! It’s a fast take-​out, dine-​in, delivery sub shop, so you can’t expect a «4-​star dining experience!» Jimmy Johns «delivers,» especially for under $ 10! They make their extra $ on the extras, like cheese, etc., so can add up if you don’t order one of their somewhat limited menu options, but it’s good food at a good price & 100 times fresher & healthier than most drive-​through options! Plus, they will take it to you, with a fast delivery time! I was very happy with (I believe) Michelle & team! I don’t eat a lot of meat, so it would be nice if they offered more options that way, but overall it’s good!

Clean, friendly, and fast service. This location does a great job of serving the customers in a precise fashion. I was impressed with how the staff gets the orders consistently done right. Keep up the good work!

Well I have been getting Subs delivered to me by a Sub Shop that is twice the distance as Jimmy Johns. I have found out that Jimmy Johns does not deliver any further than 1 mile from there door… SAD but as far as I know true…

I’ve always liked Jimmy John’s. I was happy to find one close by my home! Stopped in during a slow mid day time, greeted by two very nice guys. Never had their tuna salad, so I decided to try it. It’s okay. I would recommend going with the turkey club. I will be back, and hope to have the experience I expect when I visit a Jimmy John’s anywhere in the US. Thanks!

This Jimmy John’s is quite a good one. It is on my way to work and I stop in often. I have never had to correct the sandwich maker, nor have I ever experienced a bad sandwich. I love the staff here equally as much as the sandwiches.
I always order the same thing no matter which shop I’m in:
No. 11, easy mayo, no lettuce, add sprouts and double avocado spread.
Nom Nom.

I love Jimmy John’s. I think the bread is good – somewhat crispy on the outside and soft and fresh in the middle.
Today, I was impressed with this location. I went in and it was busy and the gentleman that took my order was super friendly. Asking me questions and was just a nice guy. Two people said «hello» when I came in and two or three people said ‘goodbye” or «have a nice day» when I was leaving.
They are super fast and I really like their sandwiches. My only complaint (and part of it is my fault) is they asked if I wanted a pickle. I had never had the pickle but was charged for it. I kind of forgot where I was (I think Heidi’s gives a free pickle wedge) and didn’t realize I was charged for it. Otherwise i don’t think I would have ordered the pickle. Oh well. It was good and was a whole pickle – anyway, wish he would have said «Do you want a pickle for a $ 1 more «or whatever it cost?
Good sandwiches, very friendly staff (today anyway) and super fast!

Jimmy Johns is one of my favorite sandwich spots. This is no worse or better than any other location I’ve been to. It was the first time I tried their pickles, and they are AWESOME — crispy unlike what you may think they would be because they are whole pickles.
The service is great, the foods consistent. Get the #12 with hot peppers and a pickle!

Ok the sandwiches are not quite the size that they lead you to believe, however the taste is great. I love the variety.
Gotta love a place that has online ordering with the option for delivery OR pick-​up. With the online ordering it is very easy to add or subtract items for your sandwich. The price is right for the size of the sandwich too. I say if you are hankering for a sandwich, give them a try.

I’m almost as unenthusiastic about writing this review as I was about the sandwiches at Jimmy John’s. Billed as «Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches — Tasting is Believing, since 1983» — well I tasted and I believe that I will never go back. It wasn’t terrible, just bland and ordinary. They claim to make their own bread — if this is the case they should find a new baker. The french bread is tasteless. My sandwich had some ham, some turkey, cheese, a few chopped tomatoes, lettuce and too much mayo. Honestly, I’ve had better sandwiches on airplanes (back when you actually got a meal on an airplane).
The service is unfriendly, not nasty but just just uncaring. I kept having to dodge the person sweeping the floor (like I was in her way) — ??
Unless you haven’t eaten in days and Jimmy John’s is the only option available, I say don’t bother.
