Great rates, fees, and service.
When I called my ‘old’ mortgage broker, I was disappointed with his rates so I called Spire and got connected to Nick Brown. He — and his associate Ben Parker — did a terrific job. They were clear, responsive, friendly, and offered great rates.
I recognize that I am not an easy customer because experience has taught me to watch the settlement sheets very closely for hidden costs, but there were no shenanigans working with Spire. My closing costs actually turned out to be lower than expected!
I recommend Nick, Ben, and Spire highly. Even if their rates/​costs were a bit higher than the comp, I would probably still go with them because of how friendly, honest, and attentive they are.
