Don’t live here!!! They do not reply to emails, answer their phone or fix things that are broken. The pet waste bags are never refilled, no one picks up dog poop. When maintenance finally comes to fix something they can’t even get it right. After asking for weeks to unclog the bathtub drains which we mentioned were clogged the day we moved in and followed up with emails and phone calls, after nearly two months The management assured me it would happen«tomorrow». Even though repair order was in writing, they some how thought it was the sink??? I’ve written Multiple emails to a property manager who clearly does not care. I have never received an email back or a phone call. The website for Holland Residential states, «superior attention to detail, exemplary customer service, site maintenance, operating reports and execution of owner objectives.» What a joke. I was fooled by these words. The apartment I was shown was overlooking the woods and pool. Apartment I was given over looks a a RV storage place. Renters beware of the smoke & mirrors!!!

Don’t rent D421 if you want cable in your bedroom. They act like its your problem. Place is run by slumlords who will try to squeeze every penny out of you they can. They’ll act like they didn’t receive your notice to vacate and charge you for a whole month after you move. Apartments are crappy with thirty year old appliances. Don’t do it. Place is a dump.

If you like waking up to lawn care in the early mornings, this is the place for you. It doesn’t matter if it’s the weekday or weekend, and sometimes even happens before 8am! Doesn’t that sound lovely?!

I’d call this place pretty shady after they didn’t refund me my their ridiculous $ 150 ‘refundable’ application fee. What a joke. At least I don’t have to live there!
