This place has hands down the best bagels in Colorado. The high class sandwich is my favorite, especially on an egg everything bagel! The coffee is also impressive and they do a nice job making lattes, cortados and cappuccinos.

Killer breakfast sammy, bagels are fantastic and the juice selection was great. I got«The Remedy» juice(orange/jalapeño/carrot/tumeric) accompanied by an Everything bagel, egg, sausage and cheese. I was a happy camper. I will be back!

Love this cute/casual little bagel spot! [Sure, there was a line to deal with and I’m not used to that, but all in all, ’twas worth the wait.] See, bagels are kind of like kryptonite for me. THOUSHALTNOTCARB THOUSHALTNOTCREAMCHEESE … but I break these commandments at any given opportunity, because I am a weak, weak woman who loves bagels and a good slather of dairy. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Review? Review. +breakfast bagel sandwiches = to die for +we bought some delightful bagels in bulk(–ish), some killer cream cheese and lox for a road trip… yum… +nice folks direct the Rosenberg’s cruise ship

About Rosenberg’s(from their website): «In figuring out how to replicate the New York City water that makes their bagels one-of-a-kind, Joshua and his Rosenberg’s family provide you with soft and chewy, right out of the oven bagels, fish smoked and cured in house, delicious salads, high end coffee, pastries and oh, so much more!» I wanted to find a nice breakfast spot and found Rosenberg’s got high reviews. When my brother told me that he had visited Rosenberg’s on a visit and really liked it, I knew I must make time to go here. I got up early in the morning to walk there, though there is a rail line that will take you from downtown. It was not too busy on a weekday morning. I was able to order almost right away and my sandwich was ready quickly. I ordered THEFRENCHIE — French toasted cinnamon rasin bagel, scrambled egg, sausage, cheddar cheese, and drizzled with maple syrup. Doesn’t that sound amazing? At almost $ 10, a bit pricey, but this is better than your chain bagel spot. Very good. Worth traveling over for.

Everyone has already said it — Rosenberg’s just is that good. Seriously. Get off Unilocal and go get a bagel. Any bagel. Any toppings. Just do it. (Oh you wanted a specific recommendation? Splurge and go for the Standard — Bagel and plain cream cheese topped with succulent slices of lox, tomato, onion, and capers). Rosenberg’s makes this Jewish girl from New England feel like she’s home again.

Best bagels in Denver! You are able to watch the bagels being made through a glass window as you wit in line for your order. The service was quick and friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely recommend for a quick breakfast in Denver!

Oh, Rosenberg’s bagels, how do I love thee? Coming from the East coast, I’d been missing real-deal bagels like these. It’s SO nice to have Rosenberg’s and their authentic bagels with just the right texture, size, and flavor. The egg bagel with a smear of plain or their amazing hatch chili cream cheese is one of life’s simple pleasures. The everything bagel is so tasty and delicious too. The breakfast sandwich is awesome too. I’ve liked everything I’ve tried here. On top of the all that, the crew is welcoming and friendly amid the hustle and bustle of the place. Yea Rosenberg’s!

I adore everything about this place. The service, owner, fresh food, cured fish and the vibe. It is amazing and Denver is lucky to have Rosenbergs!!! Recently heard there will be catering coming soon! Thrilled! The only thing I don’t love and this is a joke — the lines of people getting their bagel fix. They are the real deal.

I’ve had Rosenberg’s on my to-try list for ever and ever and ever. My boyfriend got there before I did and wouldn’t shut up about it until he managed to drag me along(not-so-reluctantly) to try it for myself. Wow, what a unique spot for Denver! There was a bit of a line when we got there, but I didn’t mind because it gave me a chance to decide what to order and then change my mind 4 times before I got to the front! It was cool to look in the windows and watch the bagelmakers while I waited, and just take everything in. I think it’s awesome that they have such a huge selection of homemade cured and smoked fish to choose from, and I almost got some, but in the end, I decided I wanted something sweet, so I ordered an egg bagel with cream cheese and jam, and took a black and white cookie for the road. I loved that Rosenberg’s is a no-toaster zone. The bagel was fresh and didn’t need it. I usually buy low fat cream cheese for home, so the full fat cream cheese was a lovely treat. When I did finally break into the cookie later that night, it was delicious too! Next time, I’m getting an everything bagel with salmon and a peanut butter cookie. Or chopped liver. Or kugel. Or cinnamon raisin. Or all of the above. Awwww yeah! Bread circles FTW!

You know that you have found a good bagel spot when you can buy a bagel that is so perfectly done it doesn’t need to be toasted. Rosenberg’s is that perfect spot and serves the best bagels in Denver. We often go on the weekends so the lines are long but don’t be discouraged, things move quickly so overall the wait is short. It is definitely worth it. PS– If you like kombucha juice– it is on tap and quite tasty!

This place is great! I had the L.E.S. and it was probably the best bagel sandwich I have ever had. It was a little heavy on the mustard, but it didn’t take away from the awesome experience. If you didn’t know, they ph the water to NYC’s water levels. So basically you’re getting NYC bagels here in Denver. How can this not be the best bagel in town? I’m going to try everything they have after having that awesome breakfast.

This place is the real deal. Great bagels(I tried the Everything bagel & the pumpernickel) The whitefish salad was TDF(to die for) — perfect blend(as good as Moe’s, my other favorite bagel place in CO). Great location in Five Points & the old school décor was perfect for the theme. Two issues during my visit: 1. I asked for no onions on the whitefish bagel sandwich.(i’m allergic to them which pisses me off because I love them but that’s another story). When my order was ready, the counter guy read off the entire order and said«whitefish sandwich, no onion» and guess what. the sandwich had onions on it. BUMMER. Yes, I picked them off but it still had a little onion taste to it. Bummer. But i still loved it! And the capers were a nice touch. 2. Tons of confusion with the way the order/pick up area is arranged. When it’s crowded and busy(which I suspect is often), it’s difficult to tell the difference between the line where you place your order and the area where you wait to pick up your food. Overall, very happy with the place though. As a former New Yorker, it’s great to see a true authentic NY deli/bagel shop.

Having only sampled a bagel with Hatch chile shmear, I can only review the place on the bagel. It did look like a promising breakfast joint. As for the bagel… meh. it was more chewy than your standard bagel in Denver, but they refused to toast it at all. Yes, I was refused when I asked to have it toasted! And was told in a snide manner I’d expect from an uppity NYC nosh judging a less bagely ludite. I don’t give a fuck if I’m not a kosher hipster… give a guy a toasting if he wants it! NYC prices WILLNOT fly in Denver! This place is taking the gentrification of the neighborhood to a whole other level… shame! There is no way any of the original residents of this special neighborhood would afford to eat here… I really hope they are doing other things to pay their dues in the hood… Otherwise, they are the very definition of out of control gentrification.

Yes! Yes! Yes! That’s how Rosenberg’s will make you feel. Walked in on a Sunday morning at 8am and there was a line to the door. That’s the only downfall of this place: the wait. Ours was 25 minutes. It took a lot of cajoling to get me to stay in that line, but I’m SO glad I did. Luckily, the management is aware of how unexciting a line is, and they buttered everyone up with two different bagel samples and a sample of Taylor Ham while we waited. This bagel turned out to be the best bagel I’ve had in my life(don’t kill me, I haven’t had a New York bagel). The perfect combination between light and dense. I would highly recommended trying a bagel with the Taylor ham, it complimented my bagel so well! Basically, I am relieved that I don’t live within walking distance or I would be on carb overload everyday.

Know this: Rosenberg’s Bagels & Delicatessen has excellent bagels; and you might even say that they’re on par with some of the offerings in Brooklyn, but my recent experience left quite a bit to be desired. Star 1: How were the service and atmosphere? Yes. Before you say or ask anything, a quick glance a the photos here will tell you that the lines at Rosenberg’s can get LONG, but it moves quickly, and the logistics are such that this may be one of the better waiting experiences you’ve had. First and foremost, there’s enough space in Rosenberg’s to accommodate indoors a line of even 40 or so people, which was the case when my sister and I arrived at 1000 on a Saturday morning. Second? Samples of coffee, bagels, and cream cheese are routinely brought around by peppy servers, and this in and of itself started the experience off right. Once you place your order you can take a number and find a place to sit if you can, or you can grab it to go. The seating is abundant and laid out in a way that is comfortable even if things are packed, which is a positive worth pointing out given today’s prevalent«stuff as many seats in as will fit» attitude with brunch spots. Star Granted. Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost? Shortly before coming to Rosenberg’s I paid a well overdue visit to nearby Denver Biscuit Co( ), where I got a massive«Franklin» sandwich for $ 9.95( ). This sat right with me as a fair price point for a breakfast meal given the portion size, so when I saw that Rosenberg’s infamous«Heart Attack» sandwich was $ 10.50 I was expecting some kind of behemoth. After all, Best Bagel and Coffee( ), one of my all time favorite breakfast sandwich spots in Manhattan, dishes up the Chicken Inferno for only $ 7.95:( ). As you can see from the picture, my Heart Attack sandwich here at Rosenberg’s wasn’t a behemoth, and considering it was instead a pretty standard breakfast sandwich(albeit with a large selection of meats), $ 10.50 quickly began to rub me the wrong way. I would have been content with $ 8.00, but $ 10+ for a standard breakfast sandwich is simply too much given what $ 10 can get you elsewhere in this town and others. No Star Granted. Stars 3 and 4: How was the food? I’ll start off here by saying that the Everything bagel here at Rosenberg’s is on par with what you’ll find in New York, and that’s exceptionally uncommon. Thick and airy, all of the flavors come out, and my only regret was not ordering a full dozen bagels to share with friends and family who know how rare it is to find a good Everything bagel outside of the city. However, the various meats in the Heart Attack sandwich were dry and salty to the point of overwhelming the entire sandwich and completely nullifying the impact of the cheese, which was a real bummer. I get it, it’s called the Heart Attack sandwich, but there’s room for improvement here. Single Star Granted. Star 5: Would you eat here every day if you could? Rosenberg’s receives well deserved attention for their bagels, but their prices and breakfast sandwiches are such that there’s better value to be found elsewhere in Denver. No Star Granted.

Came to this location on a bagel run on our vacation to Denver. Glad we found it! The bagels were really good and fresh. I also had a egg and cheese bagel while I was here. We had a big order and the bag came out really fast. Like less than 10 minutes. The guy that helped us was really good with answering all of our questions and letting us know what was good to try. The restaurant was very clean and a good size. There is parking in the back which is pretty easy and off to the side as well. Wish they had one of these in the Miami area. Would come back.

The one thing there isn’t to love about this place is the queue. Although it seemed like it’d be forever, it ended up being just under 25 minutes as they move it along quite quickly. I really like the space of the triangular building and a surprisingly large amount of seating in the front. As you move up towards the counter you come across the kitchen where they are preparing the bagels and everything else. The staff comes by and gives samples as well. Great idea! For me, this is all about the bagel and specifically the poppy seed. I know they have all their sandwiches but I just wanted it by itself and it didn’t disappoint. I normally just want a fresh bagel but this takes it to another level. My girlfriend did get the sandwich with the Taylor ham(the New Jersey maybe?) and that was really good. Maybe next time I’ll get something more but I’ll probably just go for the bagel on its own! :)

Really fantastic bagels(albeit, pretty pricey). The everything bagel was delicious, especially with the Green Chile spread. The coffee I got wasnt spectacular, and the guy that made it needed a ton of guidance. I do look forward to returning to Rosenberg’s for a sandwich sometime.

I brought my friend here for brunch, as she lives in a bagel desert. We both had the lox bagel. The bagels were amazingly chewy and crusty. The lox was velvety and rich. The toppings on my bagel were all fresh. I also had a bialy which was decent. I was surprised how quick the service was, as I had been warned about long waits. My only complaint is that it seemed a bit more pricy than I thought it would be. I guess there’s a bit of a niche market for truly amazing bagels. I definitely agree with what I’ve been told that these are likely the best bagels in Denver.
