I did not have a good surgical experience at all! I was in the operating room for a TOTAL of 8 minutes! I awoke with paralysis on the right side of my face only to hear «that sometimes happens» and the tumor that was the reason for the surgery wasn’t even removed! I had to see another surgeon and endure a second surgery in order to get the job done accurately. I felt he was rushed and sloppy. Luckily I have movement of face back but no feeling 3 years later!

After some weird crackling in my ears I decided it was time to see a specialist. Thanks to Unilocal I found what I feel will be a great ear, nose and throat Doctor.
The staff were all friendly and the audiologist was great. I waited to see the doctor. And waited. This is not anything new, it seems to be an endemic problem in the medical field. If I was 45 minutes late, my appointment would have been canceled. The doctor did say he was running behind and apologized. He was quick, efficient and confident. Exactly what I want in a doctor.

Super fast and friendly service, fill out your paperwork beforehand and you will be in and out of the office within 20 minutes and you will be completely satisfied with your experience! The staff is very cheery and will take great care to make sure that you are comfortable while you’re in there. I felt very good about this experience.
